This is a pleasant small hotel situated in a quiet street a few hundred metres from the seafront at Marina Di Petrasanta. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed for seven nights, bed, breakfast and evening meals. The table service was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately we, and some other members of our party, did not enjoy the food. Breakfast was fairly basic, no fruit or croissants and only towards the end of the stay did some bread rolls appear. We were very disappointed with the evening meals, certainly not up to the standard we have had in other Italian places.. For example sometimes there was soup, on one occasion it was called "Stock Soup with Beaten Egg". It consisted of an almost clear liquid with bits of egg floating on the top and tasted of slightly salted water however it was served hot. The main courses were usually a small portion of meat or fish with one vegetable. Desserts were usually tiny such as something that might have been a crème brulee or a table creme served in the centre of a small plate except on one occasion when there was a slightly larger serving of flan which has a piece of apricot in it with some sort of crème anglaise. We were thankful that we were able to eat out at lunch times! .
