Location: The hotel is built on a rocky outcrop below Taormina and is surrounded by the sea. From the hotel it is possible to enjoy the fantastic view of the Bay of Giardini Naxos and Isola Bella Island, against the unusual background of Mount Etna with its snowy peaks. In one day it is also possible to visit Agrigento, Syracuse, Piazza Armerina and the Aeolian Islands. The hotel is situated 50 km from Catania-Fontanarossa Airport.

“Needs Updating”
We stayed here 25 years ago. The good news is that the views are the same - absolutely spectacular. The bad news is that the interior of the hotel is also the same - dated and tired. “THE POOREST SOUNDPROOFING WE EVER EXPERIENCED”
Please re-consider if you’re planning on going here. To be honest, we expected more. The bathroom from 1960’s?! Haha We could hear the guests from upstairs flush the toilet and pee in the middle of the night. It id expensive and we did not get proper sleep for 2 nights. It really ruined our holiday… more

“Great location, could use some renovation”
Splendid location, the balconies and bar have a great view. Hotel facilities seem somewhat “aged”, built in the 1970-80’s style, bathrooms could use some renovation. Breakfast is ok/basic. Check-in process/reception was however very slow.
