“Don't hesitate - a lovely hotel with amazing food”
We stayed here as part of a tour group. It is a lovely hotel (it is as-pictured) with great service and amazing food for both dinner and breakfast. The chef went above and beyond to make sure all the guests with food allergies or other needs were taken care of. Hands down the best cannoli I have… more

“NH Palermo great service and value!”
Great hotel centrally located. The NH Palermo is well kept and centrally located by the shore. The staff is outstanding. The front desk was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed a great breakfast! Claudio and Silvana were very attentive! Thank you NH Palermo for a great stay!

“A taste for all seasons”
The restaurant is brilliant for a late meal after long days of sightseeing and sore feet. The staff is welcoming and friendly with special shout outs to Leo, Francesco and Claudio! Breakfast is splendid with lots of fresh fruit, and oh, all the lovely dolci!

“Good value for money in Palermo”
It is one of the best value hotels in Palermo with a good location and a great view. The pool area is nice. The staff, specially Claudio, was super friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a quick stop by Palermo
