The breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed it so much. We were looking for it every morning because they changed the sweets and the savories every day. They were all home-made. The breakfast staff were very friendly and we also enjoyed chatting with them. Very enjoyable. The room and the bathroom were small but clean. The room had access to the garden. The bed and the pillows were not too bad. We could sleep quite well. There is no safety box, coffee maker neither kettle in the room. The toilet seat was incredibly high so that I couldn't reach the feet on the floor. The room was next to the reception and we could hear the all voices from there. It was very noisy. Particularly in the bathroom. The hairdryer in the bathroom was very small and not powerful at all . The staff in the reception were very helpful and friendly. They gave us lots of useful information. Their information made our stay much more enjoyable. We really appreciate it. There is a restaurant called ''Cavallo'' near the hotel. 5 minutes walking. It was one of the best restaurants on the island.

“Superb, quiet place”

The hotel is situed on the western part of the island, offering a direct shuttle from the port. The site by itself is wonderful, fully using the old stone carrier sites, with a typical egadian style. The hotel is situed on the western part of the island, offering a direct shuttle from the port. The site by itself is wonderful, fully using the old stone carrier sites, with a typical egadian style. The room by itself was more basic, even if the shower was perfect after a full day in one the multiple swimming / snorkeling spots around the island (the jacuzzis in the park were also enjoyable). We arrived just in time to get a spot for a boat trip but we would advise to make some reservation in advance. Don't forget your snorkelling equipment! Overall, Favignana is an amazing island, full of wonders, and the hotel helped us enjoying it at the fullest.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed this property on our short visit to the island. The staff were helpful and attentive to our needs, despite both my limited Italian and their limited english. We told them we needed a scooter and they had the vespa rental company bring us a scooter almost instantly. The company they used was affordable and great too. The location is unique and we enjoyed their hot tubs because it was colder than usual that day. The property is quiet and there is space to roam around. The room wasn't anything special but had had all the normal amenities. We stayed on a sunday and the restaurant was closed, so that was a little disapointing but we probably would have only gotten drinks there anyway. The restaurants in town were lively and fun. Only a few complaints regarding the room. First, our room was only two steps away from the reception desk.... not ideal for a couple on a romantic getaway. Secondly, our "double bed" was two detached single beds pushed together. They moved around during business time and were not comfortable. PROS: Quiet & unique location, helpful staff, hot tubs. CONS: Two single beds pushed together to form a "double bed," some rooms located uncomfortably close to the reception desk

Lovely hotel from the outside,made out of the local and very famous stone the "tuf" .When we got to our room which we knew would be rather minimalist, we had a big surprise in the bathroom:we have traveled a lot throughout the world but it was the first time ever, that we had the toilets right inside the shower area.....Of course there was no way to avoid the water to splash everything : (toilet paper included !!!!!). Apart from this, the rest of the hotel was rather nice .My advice:avoid at any cost room 8 as the others are different. The hotel could build a swimming pool on the property which could be a nice addition.
