We arrived at 1:30 in the morning & was allocated room 104. We got up early at 7am to make the most of our holiday & checked out the balcony view which overlooked the car park but was spacious & quiet. Went for breakfast & was pleasantly surprised with the choices available & a veiw from the rooftop restaurant to die for. We spent the rest of the day lounging around the pool shattered due to the flight changes by Jet2. On Saturday night we returned to the hotel from a night out to find loads of people queuing to get into the hotel garden that had security staff on the gates. My wife & I entered the garden by the pool entrance to see what was going on. There was a bar making cocktails & a DJ playing music. There any amount of young people & families enjoying themselves, so we joined in to, I'm 61 & my wife 59. To top it all, when I went to the bar for drinks that required tokens probably purchased through the party organiser which I didn't have. I told the bar staff I was from the hotel & was given free drinks each time I went to the bar. We had small amounts of snacks in our bag & water from our afternoons out which we left in the fridge & was untouched. I think being discreet & not over doing it would be OK. We hired a car for one day from the hotel receptionist & was delivered the night before we needed it so it was ready first thing in the morning. We made the most of it & clocked up 300km visiting places on the island that we wanted to see. The hotel staff, from the maids, breakfast staff & receptionists were all friendly & pleasant. Apart from an unpleasant miserable girl at the wellbeing centre. Only negative point was on the our last day we weren't getting picked up for the airport until 5pm & there was no curtesy room for us to shower in only the poolside shower or the toilet facilities around the pool to freshen up. This wouldn't have happened if Jet2 hadn't changed our flights as we would have left after breakfast for our transfer to the airport. Overall a very nice hotel were we would return again.

Fabulous location, lovely walk to old town with an abundance of restaurants and cafes and the amazing historical sites in Cefalu. Fabulous location, lovely walk to old town with an abundance of restaurants and cafes and the amazing historical sites in Cefalu. Also close to railway to enjoy trip to Palermo which we would highly recommend. Hotel exceptionally clean, maid service excellent. Reception friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were also very helpful, breakfast options were plentiful and varied. Pool area was always very clean and well managed. Beware of the Hotels drinks pricing and lack of being able take refreshments back to room not purchased from Hotel, also no TEA COFFE making in room. HOWEVER BEWARE OF SATURDAY NIGHT the hotel utilise the garden area bar for an all night RAVE finishing at 3am geared at young locals. The NOISE was unbearable we were in room 230 and could not tolerate the noise and complained to reception we were moved to another room for the night. So although helpful was not ideal as our evening had been ruined. On booking we were not made aware of this ALL NIGHT RAVE. If this had not occurred the rating would have been 5* Rating

A great looking Hotel . With great views .we were surprised As being in a superior room,that lacked ,coffee & Tea making facilities. We looked in the fridge ,found no wine or beer,plenty of water bottles, no pricing,in place,when I asked at reception you have to scan a QR code. You can't take your own water ,or any food or drink to your room ,you have to purchase from the Hotel.we would expect better quality towels in the Bathroom. Be prepared Saturday night ,we were kept awake by a party till late. Bar staff very friendly, cup of tea for two 10eurs.Although the Hotel seemed very clean ,we could not rate it as 5 star. The trip advisor awards you can see in the foyer are Dated latest 2013 ,I think that is embarrassing to have them.worth trying to get a recent one ?
