“Great value”
Clean, convenient, courteous. Great breakfast buffet to start your day. I would stay again. The view of Mt. Etna from the rooftop is stunning, especially on a clear day. Bed was comfy, bathroom roomy and clean. In a great location. Highly recommend.

“A few days in town”
Firstly you cannot best this hotels location if your a tourist, it has parking available (cost) bus route out front, taxis can pull up at the door. First time visitors can literally walk to everything. Reception staff friendly and helpful, room has all that is needed and was spotless. Only negative… more

The reception and check in were excellent. The room was as you would expect in any 4 star hotel, it was clean and had plenty of room. The Main street below is pedestrianised and therefore quiet.
