Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Cristal Blu in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. - Check-in 17:00 - 20:00 (extra charge for arriving outside the hour). Code to collect the keys: KEY BOX. Ski pass: a supplement will be charged per person / day. Electricity, water, gas, change of sheets, is paid at destination (mandatory). The final cleaning will be mandatory will have an extra supplement. A refundable deposit will be charged. Kitchen cleaning is done by the client, otherwise an extra supplement will be charged.
