This hotel has possibly one of the best locations. But th seeing and the lighting and the general l’atout is a mess. From the room to breakfast is a 10 minutes walk up and down hills. This hotel has possibly one of the best locations. But th seeing and the lighting and the general l’atout is a mess. From the room to breakfast is a 10 minutes walk up and down hills. The furniture inside the rooms is very old and just not enough. The tv didn’t work. I was not surprised at all. The AC worked well. The beach are is messy and the fact that you had to win a daily lottery to get an umbrella is absurd. I chose the hotel because it has a beach. When I learned the first day that there were not enough umbrellas for the chairs, I would have left if I could. I then never used the beach again. Breakfast is sad.

The rooms are ok, be careful when you book as some rooms don’t have AC, there is no wifi, there is no beach towel included and you need to spend 5 euros every time you need a towel or change it, it is not a deposit. The rooms are ok, be careful when you book as some rooms don’t have AC, there is no wifi, there is no beach towel included and you need to spend 5 euros every time you need a towel or change it, it is not a deposit. The breakfast is very basic the restaurant serves frozen product and they really don’t know what customer service is. On my last day I had to call the manager because they refused to give me a sun bed. You can’t do anything walking and you will need to rent a car, bare in mind the taxi yo porto cervo is 35 euro each way! The reception are ok as well but when they talk to you, you feel they forced themselves to be nice it is not genuine. The beach is ok but not compare to what you can find around. You need to rent a boat to see the beauty of Sardenia and there is a small pier next to the hotel which is handy. I think for europe this hotel is acceptable if you are not expecting a high standard of service and you are going there only to sleep.
