The ground floor houses the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms, two with queen-size bed and one with two single beds, with access to the surrounding veranda complete with outdoor shower. The upper floor hosts the living area, consisting of a sofa, a TV set, a fully-equipped kitchen, and access to the spacious outdoor areas that include two terraces with dining area, barbecue, relaxation area, and a solarium with deck chairs and small table on the upper floor. Guests will benefit from amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, heat pump heating, and air conditioning. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
