The hotel is nicely situated, the villas at the bottom of the hill have got a nice view of the bay. The rooms on the first floor have got a balcony, the ones on the ground floor - a little terrace. They are quite spacious and clean. There is a swimming pool available. The beach ( quite small) is located a bit far from the hotel - app. 400 m down the hill. The beach is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 pm. The wifi is available only in the pool and reception area. Breakfasts and dinners are served as buffet - dinners are more varied. The personnel is nice and tries to be helpful, but you can tell that some of them are still learning. If you intend to spend the whole day at the hotel, beware that the restaurant is not serving food during the day.

Stayed here for several weeks on and off during September 2023. Location lovely and “my kind of place”. Did have to make a complaint as below. “Following on from my previous complaint which I discussed with your management team I would also like to complain about the availability of food from the bar. My previous complaint centered around loud hammering noises I could hear from the adjacent room which kept me awake at night. I wasn't sure whether they were from a noisy paying guest or possibly the room was being renovated. Twice I have visited the bar and asked for a salad. On the menu there are 6+ choices. The first time the only availability was a chicken salad and the second time, today there were no salads available. I have now been staying at the resort for several weeks and whilst in all other respects it is "my kind of place", I do feel that I should take the above matter further.”

The gardens are beautiful, the rooms are dated but pretty good and some even enjoy a beautiful view of Golfo Aranci. However, expect minimal service. Tap water was light brown yet no water bottles provided in the room. No wifi in the rooms which is worsened by the fact that mobile reception is mostly absent and at best very poor in some spots of the garden. Breakfast was low quality, industrial food, coffee was terrible… plastic glasses and plastic wrapped snacks. Food at the snack bar was terrible so we didn’t risk trying the restaurant. The hotel is remote so you will absolutely need a car to get around. Checkout is at 10am which is far too early when you are on holiday, especially in a supposedly 4 star hotel. Overall this could be an incredible hotel, but it seems management is trying to squeeze as much profit out of it in the short term, making the experience frustrating and disappointing. If ever you do stay here, there is a dolphin watching, snorkeling and diving center just 100m down the road, which offers amazing tours.

Lovely pool,Although female staff at reception not very welcoming unless you are Italian,, all other staff very nice, in bar, & dinning area, breakfast plenty to choose from but always the same pretty much the evening meals at the hotel were awful I had the sea bass which was small with one carrot one asparagus measley portions went out to eat after that experience.Sadly the beds in our room were very hard we had a twin room, they were nice & clean though, bathroom nice & clean too.Would only really want to stay here a couple of nights.Have stayed in better hotels in Sardinia.
