Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. “Great choice & value in Cagliari”
This place definitely has charm. The young lady who runs it is extremely welcoming and helpful; she told us many places where we could do site-seeing, shopping, etc. The decor is, admittedly, kitsch and unusual, but it adds to the charm and personality of one's stay in beautiful Cagliari. The young lady who runs it is extremely welcoming and helpful; she told us many places where we could do site-seeing, shopping, etc. The decor is, admittedly, kitsch and unusual, but it adds to the charm and personality of one's stay in beautiful Cagliari. The price we paid (50€/night for two including breakfast) was great value. Location is perfect to visit the city centre, access the station and try local restaurants. A great choice which we would try again!

Spent just one night there. Tre Stelle is quite centrally located - just few minutes from Piazza Yenne. Spacious room, nice bathroom. Nice corridor. Friendly owner. Good price. Disadvantages: - entry to the shower was super, super narrow. - some annoying traffic noise. - we got coupons for the breakfast but the cafe was still closed at 7am on Sunday when we were checking-out - our booking stated payment onsite, but my card was charged before we arrived.

We booked this place on recommendation of a friend, and we were not disappointed! On tripadvisor reviews are a bit mixed, but we are glad we did not listen to the bad (old) reviews. The location could not be better, 2 minutes walk to the train station (with train and taxi connection to the airport), 1 minute walk to via sardegna street with all the restaurants, and 2 minutes walk to the bus to go down to the Poetto and beach. The b&B is on the first floor of the building without lift, but we were travelling with two small children, one pram and one suitcase and we were ok with it. We stayed in the largest family room, and there was plenty space for the king size bed, the additional single bed and a travel cot. The place was spotless and very cleaned throughout, with also a little commonal area with tv and a little terrace available to guests. Carla, one of the two owners, was very friendly. Although the reception is not open 24h, Carla left us with her mobile number and also alternative contact details in case we needed something. Everyday we had free water left in our little in-room fridge. The only reason why we are giving a 4 instead of 5 star is because the street is a bit noisy and at night we could hear the traffic - but again, given the location of the B&B, this is completely outside the control of the owners. We paid 90 euro per night without any special offer and this was great value for money.
