On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“You are welcome”
When you came to the hotel, you are the most welcome. The family takes a good care and everything works really well. Rooms are ok, breakfest is good and they make like omelet etc if you ask. Better and more cosy than most of the hotels

We lived on the third floor with sea views. Excellent! Fed in the morning as usual, scrambled eggs, croissants, tea, good coffee( from a machine!)...And for dinner was pasta and meat and fish! Every day is different. We loved it! Come again! Thank You "Pacesetter"! (Giuliano da Mosca)

BUT the food that is prepared fresh each day by Dorianna and her staff makes this hotel just not a vacation wonderland ,but a wonderful experience not to be missed. The fresh pasta, breads, ravioli etc. cannot be matched even in a 4 star restaurant. Truly an experience not to be missed. Dorothy

We booked the hotel 1 month before our trip at a good price of 40 EUR/night with breakfast included. It was the best price we found at that time, so went for it. The hotel looks nice from outside, the room and bathroom was clean, however no balcony, which would have been much of use when at the sea. The room was quite small but enough for a good night sleep and shower at the end of the day. The breakfast was various, for all preferences however mind the fresh vegetables, sometimes they are not so fresh. We got some really stinky tomatoes, happily we sensed the stinkyness before getting it in our mouths :D
