Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great location and service. Three pools (2 with thermal water)”
Hotel has everything for perfect location. It has three pools 24, 28 and 38 degrees. Shuttle bus driver is very helpful. 20 minutes with bus to another great thermal park Nigambo. Hotel provides coupons for small discounts at thermal parks. Service is very good at reception and the restaurant. We really appreciated nice spacious balcony. Would be great for pool guy to stop smoking at work. Also WiFi coverage should be improved.

We stayed at the Maria Terme for a short break at the end of their season in 2018. The view from the palazzo-styled room over Ischia was spectacular: and the whole place feels calm, leafy, away from the rest of the world. Excellent thermal pools to laze by or swim in. Food was great (especially anything fish-related: after all, you're on an island...) and decent choice of local wines. Staff were attentive, as were the resident cats. Worth knowing: there's a hotel shuttle service to take you to beaches and the centre of the local town. Don't miss out on a trip or two to the nearby Poseidon spa, which is close to the beach drop-off. They have private beaches, stunning facilities and a wide range of treatments if you're feeling flush. Circular bus routes also pass close by, go pretty much everywhere, and are frequent, friendly and cheap: so there's no need to get a car rental. (Trust me: once you've experienced traffic in Napoli, you'll know this is a wise decision). Tip: if travelling from the UK, try and avoid any package deal that involves RyanAir (ask your travel agent before booking). Their flight is late morning, but to get from Ischia across on the ferry and then to NAP means a *very* early start. If you're booking your own trip, consider getting one or two nights in central Napoli at the end of your stay so that you can explore before you head home.

The staff is very friendly, the views between mountain and sea are stunning, the hotel is quite close to the beach and the Forio port. Only 2 things to improve : pillows are too hard, and the white wine available (Biancolella) is quite pricey at 19 euros a bottle.

The floor below definitely not a great view for my friend, The rooms and hotel are tired and definitely need an update. Pools were fine but the area around them could do with some updating. Buffet breakfast we had included was OK. The toaster broke our first morning and wasn't replaced. We had dinner one night at the restaurant. It was OK but we felt quite rushed to finish.
