“Center of town”
My boyfriend and I are a young American couple and felt at home here. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Everyone from front desk to cleaning staff blew us away. My boyfriend and I are a young American couple and felt at home here. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Everyone from front desk to cleaning staff blew us away. Staff helped us call for help on excursions, food, and travel. The pool is amazing and most days it was just us at it. The hotels location in the square is so convenient, especially if like us you forget things.In under 5 mins my bf was able to retrieve something from the room while I waited for the ferry. Location is a big one here. Room was very nice and always clean, AC worked amazing. Bed was firm but thats the norm on the islands. We will be back here!

We arrived at the Marina 10 at lunchtime expecting to have to wait while our room was ready but we couldn't have been more surprised.. the friendly receptionist showed us to our room which was lovely...not only was the hotel a hidden gem (you only see the hotels yellow frontage as you walk towards it)but once inside it goes way back, landscaped gardens beautifully laid leading up steep steps to the swimming pool.. The staff are one of the friendliest I've come across very friendly and helpful...Also hidden away is a sauna.. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away and you can buy an all day ticket from the newsagents for €4.50 which you can use to travel all around the island.. next door to the hotel they sell boat trips to Capri (my favorite) Procida, Sorrento and Naples.... all in all the perfect hotel to stay in Ischia..

Very welcoming, friendly and very attentive. Bedroom well made and clean. Credit to the staff. Only minor negatives, the plastic disposable cups in the room and a bar sadly lacking in refreshments. “Breakfast is better than the reviews say”
Nice little hotel, right on the water, with great staff. I almost didn't book here because of the poor breakfast reviews. Nice little hotel, right on the water, with great staff. I almost didn't book here because of the poor breakfast reviews. This morning there was an assortment of homemade tarts, locally grown fruit (peaches, melons, figs, etc.), meats, organic local eggs, cheeses, and proper Italian coffee drinks. Each time we passed, new items were out. This was a gorgeous breakfast! Very glad we are here. The bus stop to take us all over the island (4.5€ all day) is right in front. Recommend it.

“perfect location, nice staff, pool could be better”
so we stayed for 6 nights and explored the island from the hotel. the bus stop is 20m away and right in front of the hotel. a mini supermarket is available as well but the one directly next to the hotel should be avoided as it is expensive. the room was nice and clean, it even had a balcony. the p… more
so we stayed for 6 nights and explored the island from the hotel. the bus stop is 20m away and right in front of the hotel. a mini supermarket is available as well but the one directly next to the hotel should be avoided as it is expensive. the room was nice and clean, it even had a balcony. the pool could use new pool furniture. the hotel staff is extremely nice and caring. we got food from the restaurant next door and gettimg dishes for eating at the balcony was absolutely no problem. they also let us use the spa for a shower when we spent some time at the pool, waiting for the ferry back to napoli. breakfast was good, it varied slightly each day. we would stay there again.
