One of Dim Hotels' many resorts on the island and only a few minutes by taxi or hotel shuttle from the port of Ischia, Hotel Terme President offers everything you could possibly need for your family vacation: fabulous and plentiful 4-course meals, entertainment, large rooms and balconies with incredible sea views, daily room cleaning (laundry done upon request), gym, spa, and thermal baths. The best part of our experience were the Villaggi e Tribu animators that entertained the kids and adults! My son loved going to the Mini Club held 3 times daily for 2 hours. He made friends with the amazing animators and other kids. Knowing my son was having a blast and in amazing hands allowed me to relax, go to the gym or get a massage - thank you so much Dominique and Letizia who greeted us upon our arrival, Gianmarco for the funniest dances, Giuseppe for the aqua Zumba and Pilates class where my husband discovered how inflexible he is, Sarah and the best DJ on the island! You were all amazing!! The food was incredible and we would like to thank the Maitre D, Gennaro, and all of the waiters for allowing us hard working parents to be served and spoiled for once! We would also like to thank Salvatore for guiding us during our entire stay from scooter rentals to the best thermal parks to visit! We fell in love with Ischia, the hotel and its workers so much that we already pre-booked our reservation for Summer 2023! We cannot wait to see you all again next summer and thank you again for everything! If you're a family looking for a wonderful, relaxing family vacation with incredible food and wonderful staff that ensures you have a wonderful stay, then do not hesitate to book your holiday at Hotel President Ischia! “Friendly hotel”
The staff working in restaurant are excellent they work so hard. They were very obliging. This is my second time at hotel. The food is very good and lots of choices. There is no cooked breakfast but not many English visit here. The new emotional pool is lovely. The lady that runs the salon is love… more
The staff working in restaurant are excellent they work so hard. They were very obliging. This is my second time at hotel. The food is very good and lots of choices. There is no cooked breakfast but not many English visit here. The new emotional pool is lovely. The lady that runs the salon is lovely and very helpful. The pools outside are good. The indoor pool is good but it needs a little renovating as does the toilet and changing room. The sauna also could also benefit a revamp. The hotel is worth recommending. There is a shuttle bus every day to and from town which is helpful for those with limited mobility. The wifi is good. There is nice little bar downstairs and barman is very kind and drinks well presented. Green tables for cards. Rooms could do with do not disturb. Very clean rooms. Will defo book again. Recommend.

Stayed 2 weeks for elder family reunion.Resort term al package is catered for mostly senior citizens. If your Italian the daily mud "fanghi" treatments is paid by the Italian medical board 80%. If your an American, an American doctors note is unacceptable and unrecognizable by the State therefore be prepared to pay an extra 10 euro a day for mud treatment or 250 euro extra for Massage Spa services. The food was plentiful and delicious. Breakfast is European. Wifii is 5 euro for 2 hrs and must be seated in lobby to communicate. Shuttle bus convenient. Card games plentiful. Ginseng espresso pleasant surprise.LUCIA was absolutely superb in managing the demanding seniors appointments in SPA daily basis. SEBASTIANO and his energetic positive cheerful and professional massages were my escape! Best AYURVEDIC India oil massage in the world! ANNA the friendly, busy, hardworking housekeeper was professional,personal and understood our individual senior parents needs. ANTONIO the porter/housekeeper was the hardest working employee. Gennaro offered to replace fridge swiftly due to low temp. DAVID, PIERPAOLO,FRANCESCO at front desk were cheerful and always ready to answer any questions . The waiters IRIS, Simona, Pepino, Gennaro, Francesco & Matr'de were superb!!! PACK:your own light weight bathrobe & swimming cap. Wear light weight clothing while inside hotel it's 90 degrees due to thermal heat.

“Meh Hotel.”
This is a basic hotel, it’s older and outdated. The food is decent the drinks are meh and served in dixi cups. Staff is nice, limited English, the message was wonderful, it’s a PIA to get down to the center of town and taxis are outrageous. I won’t stay here again.
