One of the most welcoming hotels I have ever been to. The staff was lovely and always helpful. They organised our transfers to and from the airport and all the excurtions. The portions at the restaurant were always very generous and there was always a good choice of meals. We could easily walk into town and to the beach. The children loved the swimming pools and there was always someone singing or dancing in the evening to keep us entertained. I especially loved talking to Pascale the barman who had an encyclopedic knowledge of drinks and cocktails. I would definitely recommend it.

“Bravo to the dining staff”

The dining staff, Maitre D's, chefs and entire kitchen staff were terrific. OMG, our waiter Antonio was kind and patient as we struggled with our limited ltalian language skills. The dining staff, Maitre D's, chefs and entire kitchen staff were terrific. OMG, our waiter Antonio was kind and patient as we struggled with our limited ltalian language skills. The entire team gets 5 stars. Housekeeping, as in daily room service, fell a bit short of a 4 and maybe even a 3 star hotel. There is a shuttle bus for r/trips to and from the port, however it's a quick 5 minutes downhill on foot. Additionally, there is a bulletin board in the lobby listing daily activities and excursions. In summary, this hotel seems more suited to a sedentary crowd rather than for the self sufficient.
