“Perfect peace”
Its very rare nowadays to find people who truly care about their customers. Quite simply the family couldn't have done any more to make us welcome and our holiday really enjoyable. Its very rare nowadays to find people who truly care about their customers. Quite simply the family couldn't have done any more to make us welcome and our holiday really enjoyable. I was relaxed on the first day and the hotel, gardens, food and staff helped me stay that way. All of the team seem to really enjoy what they do and work really hard to make the clients happy and relaxed. I'd love to go back.

“Relaxing break”
The booking was through Secret Escapes and the transfers worked perfectly. The welcome was very friendly and the staff are exceptional. Unbelievable We arrived just after Lunch on Friday September 27th We checked in and our reservation did not exist even though we had a confirmation number as well as payment forwarded on August 30th The Owners were bewildered and we were confused as to what went wrong Nevertheless a room was available and the Owners went over and above to get us settled Giuseppe and his Wife (Owners) were apologizing for the mishap but it wasn’t their fault - something went sideways ! Got our room, got a tour of the facility and provided a map of the Island including how to use the Bus system Again they went over the Top! The resort is spectacular and has a pool, spa, heat room as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner On the day of checkout they allowed us to stay until 3pm versus Noon and conveniently provided their Shuttle to take my wife and I to the Forio Port to catch the Ferry back to Napoli All in all this was truly a great experience and we HIGHLY recommend this Hotel/Spa Again to Giuseppe and his Wife we thank you for your professionalism, kindness and respect you bestowed to us Unbelievable

“Perfect holiday”

My husband and I have Just returned from this fabulous Hotel. We haven't been abroad on holiday for 18 years and wanted to choose something special for my 50th Birthday. We couldn't have had a more perfect break. It was the perfect holiday I had imagined, and so much more. The resort is exceptional, from the moment we were greeted at reception, to being by the pool, being pampered in the spa, at dinner, or drinks at the bar we felt we were among friends. everyone works so hard and it shows in how welcoming the hotel was, the rooms, grounds and pools are exceptional, and stunningly maintained. We decided to opt for half board with the intent maybe to eat out occasionally, but the hotel food was so outstanding we didn't want to except when we went out to Pompeii. We had left it to late to join the organised trip to Pompeii, but reception helped me organise it to visit ourselves. It went seamlessly and was so fantastic to have visited on the last day of my forties!! (And as such a inexperienced traveller I was so proud of myself to achieve!) the facility of the free shuttle bus is also great, and we used on our return from our days adventure! I was fortunate enough to have spa treatments at the hotel every day of my holiday (except when travelled to Pompeii) and I still was left wanting more, both ladies were so kind and attentive and excellent at their work.❤ If your looking for a warm relaxing holiday of your dreams with outstanding sunsets over the sea in what feels like a little slice of paradise look no further. Thank you everyone at Hotel Paradiso team & the Romano family.

What can we say - what a fabulous hotel in an enviable location on Ischia. First and foremost, every single member of staff, without exception, was polite, friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The hotel itself is surrounded by beautiful gardens which are so well maintained and the pool, dining and bar areas are gorgeous, all with the most spectacular view of the Mediterranean. The food was delicious and fresh every day and night with a great variety to suit every palate. The free shuttle bus is a great bonus - we used it every day. We would definitely recommend at stay at this fabulous hotel.
