“Excellent Relaxing Holiday”
Beautiful coastal views and excellent swimming Pool. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Transfers arranged by the hotel take the stress out of the travel. Courtesy service for travel to and from the village if required. Wonderful relaxing holiday and great value for money

There was not enough information about the hotel, ie can’t be reached by Car, very steep climb to the hotel, you have to hire a buggy to take you up with luggage at a cost of €10 per person each way. The hotel runs a buggy service but not with luggage, only at certain times and pulls the service at the first sight of rain - not great when two of the people were in their 80s. I also need to know how to complain as a wardrobe door fell on my dad and knocked him flying across his room, he was very sore for the whole holiday as this happened on the first day. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was also dripping onto the tiled floor in the bedroom which caused my mother who is 80 to fall and has a massive bruise on her outer thigh. She fell again at the very slippy tiles around the pool. The lady in reception is lovely as is Joshua at breakfast. Danny was nice too but hasn’t been there long. A couple of other members of the team on reception and the buggies were not friendly or helpful. The number to ring for the buggy wasn’t shared with us on arrival and when it was it didn’t work. Was then given WhatsApp which is ignored when it suits.

Nice quiet place on our visit, shuttle service a bonus if you don’t want the walking up hills, staff are helpful, basic rooms but enough for what you need, clean, laundry changed regularly, lovely terrace area for breakfast under used I thought and looks like a roof terrace not used at all, breakfast ok only criticisms when asked for omelettes or scrambled eggs advertised on breakfast, nobody available to do when asked, lunch menu nice, small window to eat though, menu says open til 5pm we arrived at three and told no food, no prices for drinks on menus, soon adds up although again very basic. Overall ok.
