We stayed at this hotel in August and were immersed in high holiday season for what appeared to be Italian regulars. The hotel was clean, professionally run with a great pool and a short walk across the street to the beach. Breakfast was included and was a huge buffet in a cafeteria-style setting. There was an optional buffet dinner for 25 Euros that looked equally impressive, though we opted for quieter dinners at nearby restaurants. We felt a bit out of place as a non-Italian couple but would highly recommend it for those traveling with children, as there many families with small children and lots of kid-friendly activities.

“Not very good”

My surprise at begging was that hotel was just half reconstructed our room don't have balcony and when we want go on beach we need to walk cca 7-9 min, seats was so expencive 30€ per day even that we were hotel guests. My surprise at begging was that hotel was just half reconstructed our room don't have balcony and when we want go on beach we need to walk cca 7-9 min, seats was so expencive 30€ per day even that we were hotel guests. Climatisation was just in room and made some noise luck that we had fridge in room. Breakfast was awfull, just automats on juices, caffe, only thing what was good was croissants. Hotel is more for family.

“It was a miss, but it had so much potential.”

I REALLY wanted to like this place and say I would stay again, but I can’t. It was too risky for me. We checked in at about 930 pm and they hadn’t turned on the AC. We couldn’t figure it out and so someone came from the front desk to get it going. We went out for a couple of hours to let the room cool down as it was at 30C (90+F). When we returned it was still the same temp as the AC wasn’t working. Went to the front desk and was told nothing we can do. Sorry. No fan? Nope. Went back down and insisted there has to be something they can do. They managed to find a fan. They told us they’d let the day shift know. Miserable night sleep later and 11am and no contact from the front. Went down and they were like, “it’s working now?” I said no and they brought me to two other rooms….neither room had the AC working well when he turned it on. Finally got to another room in the “new” section. The AC worked. But there wasn’t any hot water in the sink and the shower doors quite literally turned the bathroom floor into a pool. All that said, the location is amazing. Having a pool there is a bonus. The €30 buffet was a little much for me. The staff, Myriam and Andrea were very pleasant and friendly, but I was really annoyed at the fact that after mentioning three times in the conversation that we slept terribly bc the AC didn’t work that there wasn’t a discount of any kind offered; even just not charging the pet fee would have been fine—but nada! They also charge for everything….water in the room, parking, pet fee. As I said, I really wanted to like it and say I’d stay again, but it would have to be super on sale I think for me to go there again.
