The facility is located in the center of the resort, right next to the promenade and beach, with its own swimming pool and sun loungers. Very clean hotel; bed linen changed several times a week, towels - every day. An interesting breakfast set: European breakfast, complemented by almost a pastry shop with a large selection of cakes, tortes and croissants; Professional and friendly staff, always helpful... Maybe it's a pity (especially with this year's heat) that the swimming pool (as previously announced) stopped working on September 18... Of course, beach service was available on the other side of the promenade. We recommend the hotel and Rimini. You can spend time here well, and you can reach San Marino, Bologna and Ravenna in an hour.

“Recommended but not luxurious”

Clean. Good staff. Very nice pool that has sun the whole day (at least in July). Fine breakfast, but no dinner or supper. Fine restaurants very nearby. We had new towels every day and the beds made. Clean. Good staff. Very nice pool that has sun the whole day (at least in July). Fine breakfast, but no dinner or supper. Fine restaurants very nearby. We had new towels every day and the beds made. You can cool drinks in the minibar. We found the furniture satisfactory. The beds look uncomfortable but it was actually not the case. The pillows are very stiff but we slept well. We had a nice terrace with view of the beach. You can rent private parking (must reserve in advance) from the hotel, otherwise it is very difficult to get parking space. The night we arrived it took us 95 minutes to find a parking spot. We usually parked free at Via Gerolamo Rovetta 1.2 km away. There are paid public parking spots closer but they were always full. The beach is literally only stone throw away but you must rent a bench (two benches and an umbrella cost 30 Euro for the day). You are only allowed to use your own towel at the free beaches (spiaggia libera) about 2 km to each side of the hotel.

My brother and I stayed in the Park Hotel for a long weekend at the start of September. It is about a 20 minute walk from the railway station and was easy to find. Its right on the seafront, and also on the main strip through the centre of Rimini. We didn't arrive till around 9pm, but check in was friendly and efficient. Our room was a reasonable size and with a decent double bed but also a small single. The double was comfortable but the single was very small with a poor mattress. The room was dated, particularly the bathroom. This looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1990's. Was avocado in colour and there was a bidet and still an old fashioned telephone on the wall. Shower was small, although everything throughout was very clean. There was a balcony but we were right above the main road as opposed to having a sea facing view so we didn't use it. At night there was a lot of noise from the road (didn't help it was the San Marino moto GP weekend so there were probably more very loud motorbikes than normal) so would recommend ear plugs, although inside hotel itself was quiet. Breakfast was OK, nothing special but had some hot food as well as the usual cold cuts and continental style food. Had to ask for coffee, couldn't help yourself. Pool was nice, always managed to get a sun lounger and there was always a lifeguard in attendance if you have kids. Location of hotel was good, right by the beach and also near all the main nightlife in Rimini with lots of good bars and restaurants nearby. Staff throughout were very kind and helpful. If you get a good rate, there is nothing wrong with the hotel other than the fact it looks very old fashioned, especially if you aren't spending a lot of time in your room.

“Hotel room ”

I was sad to learn that the hotel room was average, The toilet must be improved. The personal were very kind, the breakfast was good. Very nice location beside the sea. Otherwise it’s is a nice hotel to stay!
