“Lovely hotel nice breakfast”

Lovely friendly staff nice and clean good breakfast and lunch and dinner if you want. There are also Restaurants near by the beach is just across the road. With good restaurants on the beach the hotel has a very nice bar that does snacks .

I would go again. I have used this hotel many times before and have always found everyone to be helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Nothing seemed too difficult for the staff.

Sorry it will be a long review Lets start with hotel in General First the hotel from outside is not bad we came and entered the lobby hoping to find the satisfaction we need to have a vacation, a rest, and find all the service in it as we were reserve the all inclusive package... I will not talk about the animation team 3 persons in all the activities in the hotel, They were trying their best to make children happy even if the same songs everyeveving is working... But they were very friendly with our children. Its a middle budget hotel you cannot find all service you think you will find.. For examples first day we were staying in the pergola no cleaning worker showed to keep the place clean.. You can find plastics cups, plastic bags. Papers and other thigs were in the floor. The tables wasnt clean enough. After 2 days the cleaners appeared (oops i mean the one cleaner that cleaned the lobby, pergola, scales,.. Etc) seens that the owner is little bit stingy to pay for more to help and seems she really exhaust herself with that.. The front office service all were very kind.. Special thanks to Ricardo he was very friendly flexible with clients specially after we had a problem with a misunderstanding situation we wanted to talk about and someone called Luca he is in the banquet department (a bald man wearing glasses) was very unprofessional and talked to us with a way that haing a lack of communication... Je dont have any customer service ethics and behave like we are his worker.. If he is a manager too so please take into consideration that he doesnt have any experience to be in the management.. But Ricardo after our arguing with him and that man Luca he retalked to us very professionally and friendly.. He knows how to handle angry customer and know how to find a solution even if we refuse it or dont want ( all the problem were just they gave us an incomplete info about a service we wanted to telk them only that they need to tell it because its not written anywhere) Thank you Ricardo. We are happy knowing someone like you there Rooms: The room were clean thanks to the room service Nora (or lora) she is very hard worker bytheway i couldnt find the other girls all 5days satying.. But only her Even if she is very tired she was trying her best to make her work done.. The room size for 3 persons is very small we redecorate the furniture to feel comfortable in it specially if you have a toodler with you... Unfortunately the bed covers wasnt clean enough it has some yellow spots in it but it smelled like it was in a boiling water more than having washing maching soap in it.. (i didnt get upset cuz boiled means not bacterias) thats the most important They dont have mini bar content like simply cups, tea or coffee inside the room or even bottle of water. The safe didnt work even if we asked them to fix it. They did fix it but still not working.. The sound of the AC fan inside the ventilation pipes (air pipes) need to get fix it as i was hearing it disjointed need to check its nails before got disconnected and have a disaster after. Only the nails need to reclose it The View directly to the sea is fair enough for me loved it a lot Food and drinks: I didnt like the food and drinks there especially that we supposed to have all inclusive offer. But we got surprised to have the water you need to go to a drink machine *one inside the restaurant which is closed during the day until eating time and other in the pergola out of the hotel in front of the pool and alot of drinks were missing like cola machine give you soda water, Cold Water give you normal temperature water, or The orange juice gives you soda orange.. etc The staff inside the restaurant (waiters who serve the clients not serve the food buffet) were very friendly specially Francisco was very helpful supportive..maybe dont know their names but the girls there specially 3 girls one was blonde, and other one was brown short hair and the black skin girl one were very friendly Thank you for working hard They give you a aluminum bottle have a good shape cover and informing you that you can fill it with water anytime wherever you want instead of the normal closed bottle of water Briefly -Service wasnt that good - Hotel need to renovate it. Alot of thongd there need to be fixed -Seems like the owners dont pay enough to the employees so they are all stressed except that man Luca he dont understand the management or how to work.. He dobt have ethics -the management concentrate on the Savage bar as i noted. More than the hotel - Please again change that Luca man he is very unprofessional when he stands in the front office.. What he will do with customer in Viaggy or banquet? - i would like to thank by name Ricardo (cront office), Francisco (waiter) and his 3 gis waiters colleagues, and finally thank Nora from room service for working hard - dont take all inclusive just half board will be fine if you are going to stay in the beach all day.. You can eat from beach bar.. Delicious gnocchi and lasagne.. Etc plus a very friendly staff, it makes a perfect bar to stay in. - If you have kids. They will love night life there.. I recommend to go to the city center too even If you are couples or have grown up kids.. The food type were very boring same menu 3 or 4 kind of pasta distribute for all the week and 2 of them standard pesto sauce and pomodoro sauce.and played with it kind of shapes to feel they changed the menu.) The meats 2 kind of them everyday not bad but not delicious the only tasty meat i ate were polpo (octopis) and pasta with octopus and white sauce i think.. The rest werent yummy or delicious or feel it tasty. Beach: Very organized i loved staying there+ view

“We visited San Marino and San Leo. In this period, withonly few people around us, was perfect”

We went when the summer season was finished, few people but a lot of places closed. Anyway we enjoyed. We walked a lot in the beach, very nice to be alone. We had lunch in a restaurant closed to the beach, very good meal.
