“Good option”

Good location, 15 min walk from the center of Ravenna. The room is quiet once you close the window. Good breakfast, fresh ingredients. The only downside is that the cleaning ladies were loud and didn't let us sleep enough in the morning.

Our party of five had two rooms at the Mosaico prior to embarking on a cruise. It's hard to review this stay as there were two very distinct elements I'd rate very differently. Upon arrival, we were told our rooms were in the Residence Mosaico and we just had to 'turn right and walk a few minutes'. It was nearly half a mile on busy roads, at one point with no sidewalks, crossing at blind corners, all while lugging suitcases and trying to make sure our children were not run over. That part of the experience was HORRID. We didn't get good directions and had to pull out google maps to find the building, and there was no warning when we booked or any expectations set for this. That said, once we got to that building we were pleased. Each 'room' on the fourth floor was actually a full apartment with very high beamed ceilings, full kitchen, a washing machine in the bath, balcony and two bedrooms each. They were clean and quiet, with good AC, and we enjoyed the rooms...one we got there. It was a ten minute walk into Ravenna and once we knew how to find the building, we were ok (though hauling the suitcases back to the lobby to check out the next day was again rough). While I might stay there again, I would be sure to find out the location of my room before I paid off the taxi and unloaded everything half a mile away. The receptionist needs to give clearer directions (yes, it was 'turn right' but it was SO much farther than expected we kept thinking we'd missed it because surely it couldn't be that far. It's far enough that a shuttle should be offered when you have bags, at check in and check out.

Got in Ravenna for Work and hotel booked by my agent. The place is 15 minutes walking dis ance from the centre, near the railway. The staff is ok and helped in small things such as photocopy and electrical plugs. Breakfast is on a average standard for Italy but they can improve a bit. The rooms is clean but nothing wow. Now the negative : very noisy and the windows or shutter do not keep the noise outside. WiFi is a disaster: very slow even for emails.
