Overall a Nice stay right at the beach. Friendly staff!! However i would call this place an appartment hostel. We had to make the beds ourselves, Only the first roll of toilettpaper is included. If you need more you need to buy it yr self. The kitchen is ok equiped but you need detergent and dishing brush your self. The pool is not included in the price. We had to pay an extra eur 50 for the pool but then 2 sunchairs on the beach was included. The pool was clean and Nice. The place have e-loading for electric cars wich is super! And a really nice recycling station for glassbottles, plastic, and food leftovers which also is super. But I would not call this place a Hotel. More of an appartment hostel.

To be clear, we will stay here again, but you need to educate yourself before booking and expect a few oddities. Most important, be prepared for a few extra costs including a sort of resort fee of 50€. It covers things like access to Internet and use of the pool, free use of bicycles and an off-site parking about 500 meters from the hotel. It does not include air-conditioning which you can purchase extra by the day or for your stay and there is an on-site parking also available for an extra fee. The apartments are on the beach which is the big appeal, of course. There is a private area and you can rent two chairs and an umbrella for 80€ for the week. Reasonable by Italian beach standards and really the only way to enjoy this beach as it is privatised along the whole strip. The apartments are nice sized, but strangely designed (I’m envisioning a very small, Italian architect) as there is dead space in the living area, but the kitchen lacks a good working area and the toilet is very uncomfortable sitting right on the shower (see picture). I was also bothered by open sockets above the bed. The kitchen is stocked with equipment, but it is inconsistent. We had two apartments and they didn’t have the same things. If you are reliant on certain things in the kitchen I suggest you bring them yourself. You will need your own towels and you might even consider bringing sheets as what they provide are rudimentary. The internet worked well most of our stay, but it had moments of instability which might have been related to the number of users at the time. The terrace is large enough to enjoy and every room can see the sea as the hotel takes a side-approach (see pictures). Just be careful when moving the curtains as they are fastened using a clip system that easily breaks free I repeat, we would stay here again, but hope this is useful for some people.
