All-Inclusive Regulations in the Balearic Islands…
On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Always use NH Brand.”
When I go to business trip, I always use NH Brands. Most of them, probably around 90%, has a great breakfast than other similar priced hotels. It's room are always clean and if you become a loyalty member they prepare some gifts or welcome food on the room. There are several more reasons but this i… more
When I go to business trip, I always use NH Brands. Most of them, probably around 90%, has a great breakfast than other similar priced hotels. It's room are always clean and if you become a loyalty member they prepare some gifts or welcome food on the room. There are several more reasons but this is enough reason for people to stay in NHs. The only uncomfortable thing is that some of the hotels doesn't have their own parking space, but other hotels also does, so not a big disadvantage.

“New comfort rooms”
Hotel has a great rooms,big shower,comfort bed,we located on quite location For 4stars hotel it would be good option that bar and restaurant are opened all the time,staff on the reception could be more friendly!

“Pros and cons for this hotel”
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights prior to a cruise. The location of the hotel is excellent. We took the train from the airport to the central train station and the hotel was a short walk from the station. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights prior to a cruise. The location of the hotel is excellent. We took the train from the airport to the central train station and the hotel was a short walk from the station. The location was very convenient for the cruise port and we were able to walk from the hotel to the port on the morning of our cruise. Check in was fast because we had already done our check in online prior to our arrival. The room was on the fifth floor. The size was adequate for a 2 night stay. There was a mini bar, tea making facilities AC. We did not need to use the AC so I don’t know how effective it would be in the heat. There was no ironing facilities in the room. The big negative about the room was the external noise from the busy street outside. I had great difficulty sleeping because of the noise and would not stay there again because of the noise. Another negative about the hotel was the fact that we were asked to pay for a meal that we did not have. When we were checking out the man on reception requested payment and luckily I was able to show him a record of our meal and that the meal on his records was for a different room. He was not apologetic for the error which really annoyed me and had I not my meal record then I feel that I may have been forced to pay. In my opinion the hotel restaurant food was overpriced and there are nearly restaurants at cheaper prices.
