What a wonderful oasis in the middle of a bustling seaside resort. Nicely appointed rooms that were excellently maintained and clean. More importantly, hosts that always go that extra mile for you. As a late-riser, I am used to missing out on all the breakfast treats. But no problem here, even at close to noon the staff approached me and asked if they could prepare me something to eat. Their ham and eggs are to die for, incidentally. And to walk in the door on check-in, after a long and dusty journey, only to be offered a refreshing cocktail, sets the perfect tone for the Italian lifestyle and a relaxing few days on and close to the beach. Will return here as soon as I have the chance.

“Nice Stay”

Nice hotel only a few minutes walk from the centre of Pineta. Small pool which can be challenging to access when the hotel is busy. But the beach is not far to walk to as an alternative. Simple breakfast, but fresh and filling. Car parking a bit limited, but we did manage to find parking each time.… more

Nice hotel only a few minutes walk from the centre of Pineta. Small pool which can be challenging to access when the hotel is busy. But the beach is not far to walk to as an alternative. Simple breakfast, but fresh and filling. Car parking a bit limited, but we did manage to find parking each time. There are steps leading to the front door of the hotel. However there is wheelchair/child buggy access to the back of the hotel, through the carpark. We stayed in a connecting family room. It had sliding doors between the rooms. Not ideal as you can hear everything in both rooms. Comfortable beds. Found two single duvets on a double bed a bit odd. Only one shared bathroom for both rooms. Very basic shower. But two nice balconies. Worth asking about other options, as we may have had a basic connecting room due to us booking very last minute. Personally I thought the facilities were more in line with a three star italian hotel, I would have expected a little more of a four star hotel. But to be fair, the prices are reasonable. They accommodated a very last minute booking. It was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant. The location was good. And, we had a nice short break there.

“Modern accomodation in Lignano”

We spent there a one week long holiday with our 4,5 years old daughter. The pool was a must, when we were searching for hotel and we enjoyed that in the afternoon for short swimming. The beach is an easy walk far away from hotel. We had 7 days breakfast, which was the same every morning, and parking in the garden was like a strategy game, because of not enough place, but parking on open street is free of charge. The pictures are true, the hotel really have a fresh look and the balcony is also usefull. We would book there again, so I suggest this accomodation.

“Decent hotel”

Correctly priced for a decent hotel. Four stars are actually overrated, but that's the Italian way to rank hotels ...very permissible
