Sadly, we were only in Tropea for 3 nights, luckily we chose to stay here! This hotel is so relaxing, it has a very tropical feel to it. The pool area is tranquil, the hotel gorgeously furnished, restaurant meals delicious - we ate there the 3 nights. The hotel is actually about 4km from the Tropea town, if you don't like to walk, the hotel offer a free shuttle service into and return from the town. They also organise day/boat tours, etc which we did. I found that after a busy day walking and sightseeing, coming back to this tranquil hotel and pool was just perfect to relax. I was with my 20 year old daughter and she enjoyed it too (especially the grilled octopus burger for dinner). As an Australian, I almost felt like I was holidaying in Bali with its tropical and relaxed feel.

Incredible hotel! Rooms are clean, there is a lovely pool out back, attached restaurant is fantastic. Incredible hotel! Rooms are clean, there is a lovely pool out back, attached restaurant is fantastic. But what makes it stand out the most is the family that runs it, always there to make a recommendation or whip up a fantastic limoncello spritz. Drivable (walkable if you don’t mind the heat) to downtown Tropea but far enough away from the city center to be a quiet little hideaway.

“Lovely privately owned family hotel with good restaurant! ”

We spent 4 nights in this little gem of a hotel with views out to sea. Tye hotel is family run with very clean rooms and a very pleasant pool. We had two excellent meals in the restaurant which was interesting abd varied with Pizzas as well Thoroughly recommend!

This is a charming and relaxing family-run 3-4 star hotel, about 30 minutes walk from the centre of Tropea. This is a charming and relaxing family-run 3-4 star hotel, about 30 minutes walk from the centre of Tropea. The rooms are tidy and clean but we found our bed to be very hard and, as a result, uncomfortable. A comfortable chair or two would have been a welcome addition to the room/balcony area. A coffee machine was provided upon request- a nice touch.The restaurant is well-appointed and the food choices at dinner are fresh and generally well-prepared. Wines were good (despite the absence of a printed wine list!) and prices reasonable when compared with restaurants in Tropea. Breakfast is ok. Altogether we enjoyed our 13 day stay and can recommend this hotel, especially on account of the lovely family team who are keen to ensure that guests are looked after well.
