“Cozy stay in the city center”
The hotel is centrally located and can walk to central areas. The room is a little small but with balcony is good. The service is very good from check in to check out. Breakfast is good although many customers always. Will definitely come back.

“Wonderfully convenient hotel in Sorrento”
Wonderful hotel in Sorrento. Walkable from the train/bus station. A good variety of shopping and restaurants are close by. Rooms are well appointed. We had a room with a balcony on the 5th floor. Paid a premium for it. While it was nice we didn't spend alot of time in it. Why? Because they h… more
Wonderful hotel in Sorrento. Walkable from the train/bus station. A good variety of shopping and restaurants are close by. Rooms are well appointed. We had a room with a balcony on the 5th floor. Paid a premium for it. While it was nice we didn't spend alot of time in it. Why? Because they have an excellent bar on the roof. We'd sit up there in our free time versus our balcony. The pool is also on the roof. Very nice set up. The folks at the front desk are very helpful. Got us a driver last minute to drive us from Sorrento to the Naples airport. So reserve ahead of time if you plan on doing that. You can also catch the ferry, bus or train to the airport. Also easy to get to Pompeii by train from there. We also did a tour of Capri with I think it was called Mondoguide which is a tour company out of Naples who caters to Rick Steves customers. They picked us up in Sorrento at the marina and took us for a tour over to Capri including getting us to the Blue Grotto.

“A brilliant hotel in sunny Sorrento”
A brilliant hotel, perfect for our 4 night visit toSorrento. Great location near main square and the bustle of restaurants a shoppibg streets, amazing friendly and helpful staff, high standard of accommodation. Loved the Sky bar and the rooftop pool too.

My stay at Hotel Plaza Sorrento was wonderful. Even before arriving Cinzia arranged a private driver to pick us up at Rome airport and another private driver for a drive along the Amalfi coast. My stay at Hotel Plaza Sorrento was wonderful. Even before arriving Cinzia arranged a private driver to pick us up at Rome airport and another private driver for a drive along the Amalfi coast. Room was quiet with comfy beds. Spectacular view of fireworks one night. Breakfast had a large selection and always greeted with a smile. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Great location close to Piazza Tasso. Would definitely choose to stay again. Thank you Cinzia.
