“💕Hotel Florida💕”
the experience my husband and i were wonderful. the hospitality was just so great They accommodated our needs by far by letting us stay one more night as I was sick the food, room and pool was outstanding! would advise any travelers to stay here!

“The best small hotel we've ever stayed in!”
This hotel has got to be one of the best small hotels we've stayed in and we've travelled a lot! This hotel has got to be one of the best small hotels we've stayed in and we've travelled a lot! My husband and I and our 12yr old daughter stayed for 5 days B&B whilst on our Italian adventure and would return again without a doubt. The hotel was clean, staff super friendly, breakfast was more than expected and had a good variety of options each day. The pool was area was great and you could usually find a sun bed to use whether that was by the pool or in the lemon grove. The only negative was there was no dinner service whilst we were there and it would have been nice to have known this before our arrival. We ventured into Sorrento each night to eat, which was a pleasant 15min walk, where there were plenty of options. For anyone thinking of staying here, think no more, it's a great small hotel!

“Fabulous Florida Hotel!”
Perfect family hotel! Great breakfast, fantastic pizza night, infact the best pizza we had in Sorrento! Lunch was so-so but did not detract from having a fabulous time. Perfect family hotel! Great breakfast, fantastic pizza night, infact the best pizza we had in Sorrento! Lunch was so-so but did not detract from having a fabulous time. Friendly and very helpful staff coupled with comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. Pool area was immaculate with chilled music and a relaxed vibe at all times - what more could you need. Taxi's into Sorrento were €25 and quick but its not as far as you might think and only takes approx 15 minutes to walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is relaxed and comfortable. The area is quiet but close enough to walk into Sorrento, down to the local beach club or into the nearby town square. The rooms are clean and bright and the breakfast facilities are ideal to fuel up for the day. The bar and lunch/dinner options are varied and reasonably well priced. Staff are hard working and attentive. The Friday pizza night in the lemon garden was a highlight. Friendly, relaxed and affordable it was the perfect low-key evening after a day visiting the Amalfi Coast by boat. We also enjoyed the JT Oasis bar close to the hotel - a hidden gem, less than 10 minutes walk away. The hotel is an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento town centre and the thousands of tourists and day trippers. The only downside is the lack of courtesy room for showering and changing if you’re checking out late. The hotel said we would be able to access a room earlier in the week, we checked in the morning at checkout and again they confirmed a room would be made available, but upon requesting access we were shown to a pitiful first aid and garden storage room by the pool toilets. The room was hot, dirty and not equipped for a family to shower and change, leaving us forced to take turns and get changed outside in full view of other guests at the pool. This negatively impacted my view of the hotel and is not acceptable given the price we paid for our week stay.

This room needs cleaning g and it feels like an after thought by the hotel, considering everything else is spot on. We would come again though still!
