“Perfect hotel experience”
This is a beautiful, spacious hotel, which was well-maintained, and it was clear that cleanliness was a priority. Scenic gardens and a lovely pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful, spacious hotel, which was well-maintained, and it was clear that cleanliness was a priority. Scenic gardens and a lovely pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful restaurant with excellent choice of food. Location is perfect - it’s in the centre of Sorrento and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Looking forward to returning in 2025.

“Wonderful hotel & staff”

My wife and I and our two teenage children stayed here for a week in July 2024. I can honestly say that it was one of the most wonderful hotels that we have stayed in. The location is fabulous to use as a base for exploring the region. It is just a few minutes walk into the centre of Sorrento where you can enjoy great food, shops, sights and evening drinks in what feels like a safe, family friendly environment. The rooms were lovely and cleaned on a frequent basis, the spa was relaxing ( my wife treated me to a massage - highly recommended to ease away pre-holiday grumpiness!) and the food in the restaurant was delicious, varied, fresh and plentiful - mostly cooked using the ingredients from the hotel's own garden. If you get chance to go on the tour of the hotel and gardens I would highly recommend it - it is quite a revelation. The pride and enthusiasm that Matteo (Manager and part owner of the family business) takes in showing and talking about what they do there is clear to see and is reflected in the cheerful, friendly and helpful attitude of the staff throughout the hotel. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and its staff - we will definitely be back again. When our 18 yr old son says he is looking forward to coming back with us on a family holiday there, that tells you something!

Honestly we couldn't find fault with this hotel, it's was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and the food was gorgeous. My kids were welcomed and made friends with some of the staff who made a fuss of them. The kids enjoyed the pool, despite it being on the cool side because it was October, the smaller of the two pools was warmer and they used it every day. I don't think the hotel was full because is was almost the end of the season, and there was never many people around the pool. It's a great time of year to visit Sorrento, the weather is still warm and it's not as crowded. It's in a great location for exploring Sorrento and for day trips to Pompaii, Herculaneum, Mt Vesuvius and the Amalfi Coast. The tunnel to reception is a long uphill walk after a full day of walking, but there's often a free ride on the back of a golf cart, which is a lot of fun! It's definitely worth upgrading to a sea view with balcony room, the view over Sorrento, out towards Mt Vesuvius is to die for! The rooms are nice and modern, we had two rooms and each was a little different in design and layout. We had a kettle in one room and not the other, there is a fridge and hairdryer in each room and air conditioning. We all slept very well and weren't disturbed by other guests. There is a water machine on each floor and we filled our water bottles from this each day. I'm sure we'll return one day, and we'll always recommend this wonderful hotel!

Fabulous staff, stunning setting with beautiful views and charming outside areas and plenty of personal touches to enhance your stay! We arrived at midnight due to delays and they had put sandwiches and drinks in our room fridge and supplied a picnic breakfast on the day of our departure. Our room was small, however we had the view and was well appointed, lots of fresh towels etc. The hotel is in a great location just a short walk onto the main street through Sorrento great breakfast. They also have a fantastic spa where I had the best hot stone massage from Lynda I have ever had!!! I Highly recommend Hotel Conca - it offers a beautiful setting to relax and chill out in after busy days of sightseeing this beautiful coast!
