This Hotel was just amazing! My room was lovely perfect for one and a view to die for. The hotel was beautifully clean, the staff so lovely and immaculate but always helpful and friendly. The pool was gorgeous and just the right temperature and pool guy so helpful and attentive. The shuttle was very useful and easy to use. I shall be coming back but will do Bed and Breakfast as loved the evenings in Sorrento with local restaurants excellent value. Thank you to all the staff for making my holiday a truly memorable one.

The views from the hotel are spectacular. It's elevated position gives superb views of Sorrento, Vesuvuis and the bay of Naples. Pool and terrace areas are very good and there are some very friendly and attentive pool staff. A regular shuttle bus is convenient to get to and from Sorrento and feels like a party bus coming back in the evening with very friendly drivers. There is also a footpath allowing you to walk down directly from the hotel in about 15 minutes. If you like Alcohol there is a huge selection of wines, spirits and cocktails available at the bar as well as great coffee and teas. In my view the breakfasts were extremely average and didn't meet my expectations considering how expensive the hotel was. The breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming but it's not matched by the quality of the food which was definitely not at a 4*+ hotel standard. Each day there was 1 fresh fruit served (Melon or pineapple which were good) but very cheap tinned pears and peaches are served alongside them. Also the quality of cooked food was very average and the quality of cooked eggs was very mixed. The cleanliness of our room was also very mixed including lack of floor cleaning and even once the toilet not being cleaned even though the cleaners had serviced the room,We were B&B only so cannot comment on the dinners, but we had lunch 3 times which was really good quality but we also had 1 bar snack that was very average and served by a very irritated bar staff. Overall the location of this hotel is difficult to beat . Because of the high price I paid for the hotel and the 4*+ rating my expectations were very high before the holiday but the reality didn't match my experiences in other hotels

Very modern hotel with beautiful views, lovely pool and great bar. But the staff, from front desk to breakfast waiters, were smug and not friendly at all. Very modern hotel with beautiful views, lovely pool and great bar. But the staff, from front desk to breakfast waiters, were smug and not friendly at all. They always acted like you were an inconvenience to them, even when asking for coffee! The front desk told us we could have laundry serviced in 48 hours, and then when we brought it down the next morning she said it would not be back until the 3rd day. But kept insisting that was still 48 hours. The shuttle down the hills and into the town center, did not run often enough to accommodate enough guests. Most times we ended up paying for taxi. With all the hotels in Sorrento, stay somewhere else.
