From the moment we arrived we simply just fell in love with this hotel and its location to the town is just a small walk into town, everywhere in the hotel is spacious, we had a great view from our room, the restaurant view whilst eating your meal is fantastic and the staff, well they were just brilliant from start to finish, a big thank you to Antonio, Gianluca, Giuseppe, Carmine and of course Luca for making our stay so good

A charming and quirky hotel in a lovely location with views over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The staff are characterful, pleasant and efficient and the meals varied and enjoyable, drinks are reasonably priced. There is an interesting selection of artwork on the walls, including marquetry and many local landscapes.

Nice four star hotel Outstanding views lovely staff and super clean ideal location prior to our booking we were impressed by the good reviews and emailed both the hotel and tui that our birthdays were on the day of arrival and a couple of days later this wasn’t acknowledged unfortunately . The breakfast was average only smoked salmon available once over a 2 week stay Sausages are hot dogs and bacon streaky beans cold but fresh cooked eggs done to order the croissant are not fresh we went for the half board option and a limited choice average for a four star hotel the meat was over cooked no sign of Olives or gelato was disappointing given where we were Tea/instant coffee powdered milk available in the room but if you use this and require more it’s chargeable like Pool towels and water in the room Tui give this a five but feel they need to review this given my experience of the above.

The good points first, the staff & the food was excellent the views breath taking the rooms spotless . The good points first, the staff & the food was excellent the views breath taking the rooms spotless . Its location 10 mins. walk into Sorrento but in the heat of the day or at night with the volume of traffic & scooters speeding by the narrow pavements crammed with people you took your life in your hands if you stepped off. The town itself was good except for the walking tours & cruise ship visitors I counted 3 walking tours tours totaling 90 people in front of us trying to fight their way along the narrow streets, I did a detour & had a beer . The hotel rooms that had been allocated to Tui seemed to be of a lower standard than the rest of the main hotel our room did have a sea view which we paid extra for , but they all seemed to have sea views inside was not what we expected for that grade of hotel ,quite a few other people confirmed our thoughts , beware ordering drinks with your meals , check out wine prices first in the wine list they don't always give you a drinks menu unless you ask. In general the volume of people & the traffic spoilt what must been a lovely place to come and relax in
