“Amazing hotel and holiday”

Outstanding hotel! Our first visit and loved every minute. Room 610 was lovely amazing views, the restaurant food and staff were fantastic! Felt like royalty for a week! Swimming pool and terrace were lovely. Short walking distance to centre.

We stayed at the Bristol in May/June 24 and celebrated our wedding at the hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel staff are incredible, the reception staff, to the bar and restaurant staff to the maid and cleaners. The attention to detail and the care that the team put into caring for the guests in 2nd to none. Our wedding reception was held upstairs in the La Pergola restaurant, located on the roof terrace which was incredible with magnificent views across the bay and Sorrento. The hotel chef created a superb meal for us and our guests. The whole event from start to finish was just wonderful. A special mention to Giuseppe, who looked after us all night, his expertise and his hospitality was 1st class. Giuseppe, you are a star !.. A thank you to Lucca in the restaurant who again for the 10days we were there along with all the staff looked after us so well. And finally to Stephanie who looked after the cleaning of our room, sometimes the unsung hero's are the ones you don't see, but did a grand job all week. . Thankyou :) The Hotel Bristol, the staff, the location, the food and the whole experience is just wonderful and we will return one day to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to you all. “Stunning location with spectacular views and a short walk to the centre”

Hotel is in a great location, the view from our balcony was stunning, it is on a busy road though. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable, a little dated though. We opted to swap our evening meal each day for lunch as the menu was more suited to our taste (pasta, pizza etc) the food was exceptional quality! The pool has sufficient beds and towels are offered at 1.50 euros per day. You do not need to carry cash with you as everything is charged to the room. The only thing that lets this hotel down were the prices of drinks. 5 euros for a small Coke, 5 euros for a water, 10 euros for a wine and 7 euros for a small beer. It added up to over 1000 euros on drinks and towels by the end of our 10 day stay.

“The most stunning view on the whole island.”

This a beautiful traditional hotel. Lots of tile and marble surfaces. Our room was nice, large and airy with the most stunning view of the bay of Naples. This a beautiful traditional hotel. Lots of tile and marble surfaces. Our room was nice, large and airy with the most stunning view of the bay of Naples. We stayed in the first floor so we didn’t have a balcony. Again the room style was traditional. I personally prefer a more modern room. I would’ve expected bottled water to be left in the room each day considering the price of the hotel. Breakfast was nice. It was buffet style, and then you can order eggs at the table. The dining room was beautiful, like being in the 50s era, and again with beautiful views. Service was excellent. We used our half board for lunch instead of dinner most days. Lunch was very good. The pizza Bristol was the nicest thing I ate all week! I had it 4 times! The pool area is nice, very quiet. Very large pool but very deep. Pool chairs were pretty uncomfortable. You could rent towels for €1.50 per day. I was really annoyed by this. For a fancy hotel that’s very expensive I thought it really cheapened them. Just provide the towels for free! Or have a system where you scan your room card when you take them out and again when you return them. Guests shouldn’t be charged. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had an early pickup back to the airport and they provided a packed breakfast for everyone to take with us and I thought that was a really lovely touch.
