This hotel has everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday,the staff are amazing, friendly, efficient,the food is of first rate quality,the variety is good,the desserts are too die for,drinks are of good quality and the all inclusive covers anybody's taste, the beach waiters, particularly Achilles are always near by and are ready to serve you a variety of drinks or water if you prefer,the hotel entertainment is of good quality acts, overall this hotel is ideally situated on the beach with it's comfy sunbeds, this was our second stay here and we will be back there next year.

“Aegeo spa experience”

Despoina and Enrika provided amazing back, neck and shoulder massages. Excellent treatment that left us feeling relaxed. They are very experienced therapist and recommend highly! If you are visiting the hotel make sure to have a treatment.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay for our honeymoon and we had an amazing time. We had a warm welcome on arrival and shown to our room. We had an inland view which for what we use the room for was fine. We over looked the hotel over the road but it didn’t bother us and actually had an amazing view of the sunrise. Rooms are lovely, clean and modern. The pool/beach was always easy to get sunbeds and always clean and tidy. I am a very fussy eater but there is literally something for everyone to eat whether that was the restaurant or snack bar and it was all beautiful. But what really makes this hotel is the staff. They cannot do enough for you. We had a few issues throughout our stay with our room which were sorted in minutes! The TUI staff are always around to say hello and get involved with the activities and evening entertainment. The guy on the beach for drinks is fabulous aswell as the lady round the pool! Never leave you with an empty glass. Lena at the restaurant was always happy to say hello plus the rest who all welcomed you with a smile. Definitely recommend this hotel. We had the best honeymoon and will be back one day!

Hi all, we have just spent the last 7 days at the Tui Zante Maris. 30 June -7 July I'm going to write a honest review. I, like most of you went to the comments section to find out whether this is going to be the 5 star hotel we dreamed of. Opinions are subjective and there are some older couples that return year upon year. Okay, so we arrived late - given hot tasty food immediately, we were really pleased. The Manager took us to the room, I went to compliment him on the hotel and said I'd read reviews on Facebook, he immediately said ' I know they're not good' which surprised me. The positives - The outdoor spaces including the beach were clean. Amazing having the beautiful beach on the door step. There were always beds available on the beach. Waiter service ... Chris, in particular, was wonderful. The beach wasn't stoney and the ocean was turquoise. The food was always hot!! which we've not always encountered in previous hotels. The beautiful little town was accessible. 3 big bottles of water in the room each day. Toilets were clean. Waiter services was speedy. Negatives - This isn't a 5 star hotel. It's missing the added extras to try and claim that title. The rooms were not cleaned, bed made but not cleaned. Sinks are rubbish and dirty (trying to be fancy) but not fit for purpose and look filthy. Shower dirty, limescale, smelt of sewage. When I say no cleaning .... not a table , work surface or bathroom facility washed down. The rooms were generally tired, dirty, needed painting, tiles crackled. Not that we go on holiday to watch TV, but all channels were news, absolutely nothing else. We went on a boat trip, people from other hotels were given packed lunches to take with them, we had nothing - something a 5 star should offer (we've always had that previously). Many happy smiling staff, and some who were not happy. One member of staff looked so miserable, I asked if she was okay, and the colleague responded by saying she was tired. The biggest issue for us was NO umbrellas around the pool. It was 38 degrees. We were utterly shocked. I also thought the colour of the pool wouldn't bother us, dark grey, but actually it did and I love a blue tiled pool. Entertainment, different every night, and we watched it, but I think the older generation enjoy it more (I'm 42). Our stay was not at all awful, but the sun/heat was too much in the end....39 degrees and so we were ready to leave. We are not shy of a hot holiday. We expected the heat, but there was not enough coverage. We can't honestly understand why people wish to return, but again that is objective. We were bored at times. I'm so pleased we had pool view balcony. If the room was outbound we would have asked to move as the streets smelt. Just don't expect five 5 stars, more a 4. Also a trip was cancelled, we spoke to TUi rep who said contact the store we booked the holiday at....not helpful. A general lack of enthusiasm and motivation. Sorry for the negativity.
