The hotel and location lovely was just perfect. Very clean and friendly staff. The rooms - The toiletries were replenished everyday and our rooms were cleaned and beds made. Towels were changed every other day. Staff - very friendly Food - The food was ok could be improved with the variety but we found something to eat. To be fair like any other all inclusive, we’ve stayed at before. We went at the end of the season and had a wonderful holiday. The surrounding area is lovely and well worth a visit. We will definitely come back

Hotel lovely and clean, big pool loads of sun beds. Food as expected but could definitely be warmer. Major let down the bar area its shabby and dirty needs staff to clean tables and definitely needs new chairs that you actually can sit in comfortably! Would have be nice to have known … more

Hotel lovely and clean, big pool loads of sun beds. Food as expected but could definitely be warmer. Major let down the bar area its shabby and dirty needs staff to clean tables and definitely needs new chairs that you actually can sit in comfortably! Would have be nice to have known that the sky restaurant was closed and Mondo beach cafe. Have to say all staff where cheerful friendly and helpful particularly lady in reception.

My husband and I have recently returned from 2 weeks at the Tsilivi Beach Hotel. We went with some trepidation after reading some reviews. We needn’t have worried - the negative reports we read were totally untrue and did a great injustice to this hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms serviced each day. Towels changed every day and beds every 3 or 4 days, which we think is perfectly acceptable. Toiletries and tea/coffee were also replenished daily. All staff, without exception, were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food each day - we don’t go to an AI hotel expecting fine dining!! We had a very spacious, quiet room overlooking the pool. This is a lovely family hotel, with a wide age range of guests, right by the beach and within easy reach of the little town. Tsilivi is a lovely place to visit with some nice walks beyond the harbour and along the beach. There is also a little road train which goes into Zakynthos town daily and is great fun - 8 euros pp return. We greatly enjoyed our holiday at the Tsilivi Beach.

Did not have a good experience to start with. Room we got was awful...dark and dingy...broken fan in room...shower not working properly...really bad smell of must. Did not have a good experience to start with. Room we got was awful...dark and dingy...broken fan in room...shower not working properly...really bad smell of must. Bad for us to be I haling as I am pregnant and my daughter has asthma. We complained and we were offered another room the next day but we decided it was a pain to move everything so said we would stay where we were. However, smell for too bad and couldn't even sleep with it so we did ask to move. Number of my family members also had to be moved due to mould in their rooms also etc. The fella on reception was extremely rude to us every interaction we had with him but the lady manager was more accommodating. Eventually days in, we got to start enjoying our holiday. Good points; room we got moved to in the end (after 5 showings of rooms) was very nice. Food was nice and a good selection and available all day pretty much; Pool was nice; Hotel was pretty quiet; Music and entertainment some of the time; beach right on door step which was great; hotel near shops;
