After a mishap on the first night due to the hotels error, manager Phillip made sure we were compensated for the mistake and did everything he could to make it up to me and my friends - He even drove us to a gifted private boat trip himself - thankyou Phillip for being so nice to us!

We went during the heatwave, it felt extremely greedy that they charge ten euros a day for air conditioning when this should be free especially during the heatwave when the weather reached almost 40 degrees and our rooms were even hotter. the drinks were lovely and strong, all the bartenders and staff are the kindest people i have met and they did make the holiday really pleasant. what scores low is the food - it was not good but we were saving money so ate at the hotel everyday. the rooms itself were okay, shower was quite old and sometimes there would be no water, the water quality is shocking - it is salty and some days would go brown, we did not feel clean after. there is a shop inside the hotel and it is great! a lot of pets aswell are in the hotel which is really comforting. Overall great place if you were saving money but the fact they charge for air con is not good.

Was overall a decent stay. Staff were friendly. Hotel room wasn’t up to standard didnt have the best beds however didn’t have any issues sleeping. Stayed in a room of 4 there were 2 single beds and a bunk bed. I was on the bunk bed. Food wasn’t great we were all inclusive we ate breakfast most days wasn’t great choice for lunch/ dinner. Mostly ate out when we could. Although we were all inclusive we were limited to one drink at the bar each time we went up. Drink were never made strong seemed like they had something against the younger people drinking as people over the age of 25 were allowed as many drink as they wanted which was annoying as we would have to constantly wait in a line to be served. Had 2 great pools which were great and allowed you to get sun and shade from the sun. Shower/bathroom was also not up to standard as it felt dirty. Overall decent for the price we payed and never had any problems other than food choices not being great. Would recommend if you’re looking for a cheap holiday getaway.

This hotel is pretty average. The rooms are basic but clean, and the showers are quite small and sometimes leak. The pool area is clean, however the pool bar queue was often long, with only 1 person working at the bar. Reception staff were helpful. The all inclusive drinks were great, we had spirits, beers, and cocktails, but all inclusive drinks finish at 11pm. The food is ok, very basic. I have a gluten allergy, and the female chef was very helpful in telling me what I could and couldn't eat, and offered me gluten free bread with every meal. The location is excellent. The most important thing to note is that the hotel is very loud during the day and night. The majority of guests are young people on holiday with their friends, so it can get quite noisy. On night times and into the early hours of the morning, there is security at the door, and you must be wearing a hotel wristband to be let into the hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to young people on party holidays, however it is probably not suitable for those who are having a more relaxed holiday.
