Me and my family stayed at this place early September. Frankly we expected the worst after going through the reviews but were actually pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean a bit of plastic cups here and there around the pool but there was someone who regularly cleaned the area, the pool snacks were really tasty albeit limited in variety same for the food in the buffet but can’t really complain since it’s obviously a budget hotel. We were given a nice room with pool view, no issues there with cleaning or anything else, maybe the bathrooms need a bit of renovating but that’s about it. Overall, not perfect but much better than expected.

Excellent hotel staff amazing can’t do enough for you swimming pool lovely short walk to the beach shop in side the hotel plenty of shops just outside the door food ok something for everyone not much entertainment but was end of season not far from airport loved snoopy the dog

We stayed here September for 2 weeks as a couple .we had to be move rooms as there was a lot of faults in there.even the rep was shocked.second room wasn't that better .but we made the most off it.i have contacted Jet2 and they got back to me yesterday and said that this hotel as wear and tear but it is up to there satisfied.if you want pink chicken (that made me bad) cats running round hotel fighting and dogs pissing up the doors .if you go and tell reception they say come back tomorrow.i wasnt going to put a review on .but Jet2 am not bothered .the rep at hotel had a queue every time she came and that was about a room move or complaint .we have been abroad many years .this wasnt up to Jet2 standards .we had to pay 98 euro tax on arrival cash .WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

This is not 4*, its not even 3*..but you pay tourist tax on a 4 star hotel...the staff are polite , when i arrived they put me in a room ( 630) , lift to the 1st floor then walk along a corridor uo to flights if stairs then walk along another corridor and its there somewhere, went in , sloping roof… more

This is not 4*, its not even 3*..but you pay tourist tax on a 4 star hotel...the staff are polite , when i arrived they put me in a room ( 630) , lift to the 1st floor then walk along a corridor uo to flights if stairs then walk along another corridor and its there somewhere, went in , sloping roof so the shower was only 5ft , only 1 plug socket worked and room smelt of sewage...went down to reception on the morning explained i wasnt happy about the room they shifted me to 518 ( pool veiw 1st floor) , much better , as an all inclusive a bit dissapointing ..no whisky at all and vodka wasnt great , beer ok cocktails were nicer, food is ok if you like chicken or pork , fried eggs for breakie done me , pool is decent but had to make our own entertainment, had to go to reception to ask them to put music on around the pool , was told vibe hitel , it wasnt . Area around has some good restaurants and bars , llayers robs you tho , asked for jack n coke then when i told them 3 if us drink it and it wasnt jack n coke got all pissy , hus loss , lost a lot if money that fortnight..would i go back to thus hotel, would have to be really cheap and only for a week maybe , but the area is good and the ppl are nice and friendy ..
