“Loved it totally recommended”

It was really good the stuff was really polite and positive! On top of that the food was really tasty and we loved such a vacation for Easter!!! I recommend this place for families friends and especially an escape from the routine. Lastly i hope everyone has a good time.

The hotel is ideally placed on the beach, and there is a choice of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. There is a charge for beach sunbeds, which means that space by the pool is very competitive - by the fourth day most sunbeds had towels on by 8 am. I feel the hotel could do more to stop people from leaving their towels all day when they are not actually sitting by the pool. We have stayed in hotels with strict no towels policy, where any towels are removed if the sunbeds are unoccupied for more than an hour or two, and I much preferred it. There is no pool attendant. We had a standard room with a balcony - it was large enough and kept spotlessly clean by the staff. The restaurant area is light and airy, air-conditioned and again spotlessly clean. Staff are efficient and the food is replenished through the service time. Food was good, breakfast buffet had everything you would expect. However, we have stayed in similar hotels with wider choice of dishes for lunch and dinner. There was always salad, pizza and pasta (children's favourites perhaps) plus 2-3 types of meat and fish, vegetables and potatoes or rice. Deserts were mostly disappointing, with one or two exceptions. We ended up eating out at least half of the nights, for variety and for the sea view. We don't drink alcohol, and the choice of AI non-alcoholic drinks was again disappointing - two types of soft drink mixes only. There is local 0.0% alcohol beer which is Ok according to my husband, but it wasn't available in the hotel. Service in the bar was transactional, and I dreaded going to ask for soft drinks. This is an area where I felt let down, as many bars now offer a choice of non-alcoholic cocktails and 0.0% beers. There was a limited choice of AI cocktails, with a more extensive menu of cocktails both alcoholic and non-alcoholic outside of AI at an additional charge. All drinks are served in plastic glasses with just ice. A slice of fruit and a smile would have made a huge difference. Frankly because of the indifferent service at the bar I did not want to spend any money there so again we went out for drinks most evenings. The Laganas strip was party central, so we spent most evenings walking on the beach and in one of the many sea-view restaurants. Zakhyntos town is well worth a visit, a taxi was around €17 each way and we spent an enjoyable day wandering through the many shops and in the various cafes and restaurants. Overall it was a good holiday.

This is really nice hotel. We were here with group of small kids 5-7. We were staying at the main building, the rooms were spacious, with integrated air-condition so no much noice. This is really nice hotel. We were here with group of small kids 5-7. We were staying at the main building, the rooms were spacious, with integrated air-condition so no much noice. Sea access is amazing. The sunbrellas are paid, but I do not mind, better to pay your space on the beach then fight every day. Restaurant was good enough, I have seen better choice in 5star hotel, but there is always something to pick, always meat, pasta, fish, salad and everyday pizza or chicken nuggets for kids. Breakfast is always the same like everywhere else, but there is complete choice to get. There is snack within the day and ice-cream, personally I was missing some fruit within the day. In the garden was small playground for kids. Staff was nice. The trip we ordered without any issue, everything well organized. The hotel is close to the Laganas city, which is place for young comming for fun, but we did not hear any noice to the hotel. For us was very pleasant vacation and coming again this year.

Rated by the tour operator as 4* with an official rating of 5*. Personally I feel this hotel is 3.5* at best. Positives are the hotel is exceptionally well kept and clean. Boat trips are available on every corner and are very reasonably priced. Negatives are, as many have mentioned, there is a charge for sunbeds which considering many people book this hotel as it’s on the beach is disappointing. Plus there are clearly not enough sunbeds around the pool for everyone so the hotel are making money by default. Cheaper sunbeds are available about 20 steps away outside Giannis. Food is worse than average and mostly lukewarm. Reception staff are great and helpful but all other staff seem bored. Drinks are not very nice and there are charges for branded soft drinks and bottled water. Shame because with some improvements to the basics this could be a nice hotel
