Lucia Villas has been a brilliant little hotel for us this week, the rooms are very well equipped with multiple sockets, a hairdryer, tv, wall safe etc. It is spotlessly clean throughout the entire property, our room, the pool area and also the reception! Suah the cleaner is absolutely fantastic this is one of the few hotels we’ve been in where we’ve received fresh towels daily and also clean bedding every couple of days! He seems to be at work most days for long hours so no matter what time we have gone out at we have always returned to a beautifully clean room. The self catering facilities are fab; plenty of cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses etc. and also cleaning supplies for dishes. The bathroom is of a good size and was also spotless. There isn’t a huge amount of storage as you’ll see in the pictures for you to put loads of clothes away but was absolutely fine for the two of us for a weeks stay so wasn’t an issue at all. Bee and Lucia on the front desk were very informative of the area and told us where was worth going and they can also book trips for you too! The safety box is €10 which I think is fine as you’re in a small family run hotel and the WiFi and air conditioning were free and both work perfectly! We would absolutely rebook to come here again it exceeded all of our expectations and was just in the perfect location only 5 minutes away from Perissa beach and all of the restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend to anyone that’s wanting to visit Santorini on a budget!!

For budget accommodation Lucia Villas takes some beating. It's in a great, quiet location at the top of the village, just 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and mini markets It has a small pool accessed via several steps, there's not a lot of space to walk around the pool and only a dozen sunbeds with only 6 of them having umbrellas. There's a small selection of snacks and drinks to be had in the reception area next to the pool. The stars of Lucia Villas are Bee on reception and Suah who cleans the rooms, both of them are polite, helpful, very friendly and hardworking. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels changed daily and bedding every 2 days. Rooms are spacious but only storage was a rail with lots of coat hangers. Beds are a quite firm but not uncomfortable. There are no drawers for clothing etc but we were lucky to have an additional bedroom so kept everything in there. Wall Hair dryer in the bathroom. Self catering facilities are minimum but more than I've experienced in some other places. Fridge has a freezer compartment Do be aware the water is slightly salty so bottled water essential for drinking /cooking. Showering in salty water wasn't a problem at all. Safe is available for €10 a week, a massive plus is the free air con almost unheard of. I want to end by reviewing our room Number 14 located on the ground floor next to room 13, some reviews have been quite scathing, if there were previous issues they have clearly and mostly been addressed. It's location means it's cooler than the upper rooms, it's not below ground! it's spotlessly clean, be aware the salty water does mark the chrome fittings, it's not dirt! There's a TV in the room. There are a couple of electric sockets /lights that are in need of repair but plenty of others to use. I would say the only issue is that when room 13 have their air con on it does send heat into the room but does not keep you awake! Thank you Lucia Villas, you are highly recommended by us. “Pleasant stay.”

This is a nice place! Tasteful modern, clean and comfortable rooms that were cleaned every day, no dodgy shower curtain in the bathroom and there was a hot tub for an extra charge. This is a nice place! Tasteful modern, clean and comfortable rooms that were cleaned every day, no dodgy shower curtain in the bathroom and there was a hot tub for an extra charge. The free A/C was a bonus! The bar / pool area although pleasant enough lacks a bit of atomosphere. As a result we didn't use it. Never the less I would recommend. It's in a lovely quiet spot with only a short walk to the beach.

“Couples holiday ”

Excellent value for money 2 guys working there are doing a great job .Self catering facilities mot the best could do with improvement. Handy for beach and buses Would recommend Jaspers bar for food and drink. Bob's bar for a refreshing pint .
