“10/10 service and a beautiful resort”
The service throughout our stay was phenomenal, all of the staff were very kind and accommodating from the managers to the cleaning staff. “Nice hotel but not a 5 star, definitely avoid the spa!”
Nice hotel with great staff, however I would say expect more from a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. I would stay it's more of a 3-4 start resort. Hotel is clean and tidy rooms are adequate. No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms. Daily room cleaning is a bit unpredictable. Staff speaks next to nothing English Poolbar/ lounge area have no music bcuz one of the bartenders don’t like music 😳 Otherwise the surroundings are incredible The area around the pool are coated with some kind of small bit very feet friendly surface, not very thought of
