“A Wonderful Find.”
This place is a real find. Run by a lovely family who are very welcoming. Just down the road from the capital Fira with its breathtaking views of the Caldera, wonderful shops and decent restaurants. “Lovely holiday …”
We spent a week at Villa Ilias and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation was kept spotlessly clean and the garden and outside seating areas also really clean and tidy. “Much nicer than it looks on the "old " photos”
Everything was great and better than the photos. ( google for updated pics) For the very good price you won't get a 5 star accommodation, but you will get exceptionally clean rooms with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities and a lovely clean pool area. it is beside a busy road but traffic noise … more

“Great Hospitality”
We stayed at Villa Ilios for 3 nights in a great studio apartment.The room was perfect with a spacious clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette and an extra bed. Housekeeping was meticulously done daily. Special thanks to Irene for a warm welcome 🙂

“Great location, friendly staff, and nice property”
Pros: very close to Fira bus terminal (easy to get to from airport/port), comfy beds, balcony, pool + sun beds, very friendly staff, clean rooms Cons: bathroom is small, shower water is hard to contain and gets everywhere
