“Stunning sunset, in love”

Amazing room and view, highly recommend. Lots of stairs, so if health doesn't permit not the best spot. The staff is very attentive to details and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and brought to our room. Hot tub with sunset view, clean room, pool with a view of the Caldera.

This is one of many boutique hotels built into the side of the caldra. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and a hot tub facing Oia. The rooms were very spacious and clean. There is a full size refrigerator to store water, beverages, etc… The staff delivers breakfast to your room each morning and they restock waters each morning. The highlight is the views and location to many great places to eat and close to bus stop to Fira or Oia. Depending on room location, it can be a little noisy as our room was right on the Fira to Oia hiking path. Overall, an amazing stay but beware of the steps to get up and down to the main road.

“Perfect view of sunset”

Hotel room had a fantastic view of the sunset. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and it was very tasty. A walk away from many scenery points. Be prepared to do stairs (up and down) to go anywhere. Pool water was of a comfortable temperature.

Unlucky hotel for us I guess. 3 nights and we had to change room after the first night spent in a different complex near by the hotel cause that was the only way they said even if our reservation was made one year before! Unlucky hotel for us I guess. 3 nights and we had to change room after the first night spent in a different complex near by the hotel cause that was the only way they said even if our reservation was made one year before! Btw first room was much better. We woke up one morning without electricity and of course delayed breakfast. I knew it was a city problem but a luxury hotel should have they’re own generator i thinks. one night shower stopped to work and my wife was in the shower waiting for the water to come again and we did lost the sunset! never in time with room service breakfast even if they ask for the time and our room didn’t had a table or a comfort stay to enjoy the breakfast outside. ( I guess a small table) could be the case . In Second room no shampoo or body gel replaced after the first day and not beauty kit in the room. Also the hairdryer in the second room was not good as the first night. In second room I had to turn off the refrigerator cause the noise during the night was annoying, the toilet in the caves doesn’t have such a good smell and not windows. I mean all small things but for being a luxury resort I think that should give more attention to this details. I’m not the guest that usually complain but this time honestly I’m happy at 50% for the stay. Apart of this the staff try to solve all the problems always with smile and at they best, and the views from the hotel pool and from the suites is worth the money. Hope you will make attention to all this small details to make your hotel at his best possibile every time . Stefano’s the hotel drivers is a good guy and make the short trip from the airport to the airport nice.
