The staff are the most polite, mannerly, kind, helpful people I have ever met. Sofia behind the bar, so unbelievably kind and generous, never a bad night at the bar with her serving you. She’s so chatty and kind. I heard bad things about the food before coming but all I will say is that, if you’re hungry, you’ll eat it. I ate there everyday and never a complaint. The staff were so accommodating, and for a budget hotel, they go above and beyond. I didn’t actually go in the pool but the person I came with did and absolutely zero complaints about it. The pool bar can be quite busy but you will always get what you ask for, there is even a self serve slushie machine. I do recommend either bringing a towel with you or either buying one from the lovely shop just down the road as the towels provided are only for the showers in the room. The rooms were honestly not as bad as expected, there was a shower, a bath, a fridge and a balcony. The view from the balcony is phenomenal, even seeing Turkey! I’ll put some pictures in of the view and such pretty scenery surrounding the hotel. I can’t recommend this place enough. Honestly amazing!! I cannot wait to return next year.

This hotel would struggle to reach 2star. Undoubtedly the worst food choices we have had. Hardly any indication of what the food is except obvious items. Two types of mince lunch and dinner virtually everyday. Other dishes most guests have no idea what the dishes are and all veg is bland and tastes the same. Have to wait (today) 15 mins for cups Juice machines not monitored so several times no juice just water. No spoons for deserts except small ice-cream sized recycled ones. Told milk for tea not available as milk containers are too big. We did get this changed although if traditional english tea is wanted is not always available. Extremely dissatisfied with food. It seemed lunch food left over, was in some way cut up and used in the dinner choice. Meat was very overcooked dry and so hard to chew. Pasta was cold at most meals. Much of the food was not hot. . Pool Snacks?choice of one cake. Anther time small wraps, another small croissants. No alternatives and only one type offered eg cake or no cake, wrap or no wrap. No snacks pm till 4:30. Staff friendly worked hard but more waiters needed to keep stocks fulfilled. Just 2 waitresses at meal times rushed off feet doing whole restaurant and restocking. Room: good view but room condition is bad: would fail Uk safety regs. Electric switch hanging off wall in shower,may not be live but could be. All circuit breakers were on. The switch is UNDER the shower head holder.Trip hazard as edging to laminate badly applied Sharp edge of laminate not covered edging strip moves around 6 inches from laminate edge.Air Con: safety cover on mains connection missing exposing live terminal block. Next room occupants had mains socket, in use, hanging off wall. Support was the mains cable not fixed to wall. Toilet not working. Took a week to get it nearly right although water still running non stop. Could not flush had to use waste bin with water to flush.?This finally fixed 8 days after arrival. Smoking in public areas around pool and terraces has caused us to move elsewhere. Surely smoking could be more controlled. Cleaning: Although cleaners came in a few times, the floor was not swept. I dropped a toothpick on the floor and on purpose left it along with a couple of dead beetles. As of today day 13, they are still in same place. A possible excellent hotel but not at this time.
