Just returned from a fabulous holiday at the Eden Roc Hotel, our second time there and everything was as we remembered, so much so that we have already booked to return at the end of May next year. The Staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming and always willing to help with any problems. I would love to mention a few in particular, Eleni in Customer Relations, thank you so much, nothing was ever too much trouble to you, Despina in the Main Buffet, always a smile and sincere welcome, Maria in Reception, thank you for your help , Dimitri at the Bar, what a lovely guy,and George at the Chapagne Bar, just ask him to suprise you with one of his magical champagne cocktails. I am sorry for all the other staff I have missed out, you worked so hard to make our holiday special. Please speak with the Customer Service Team when you arrive and take advantage of the excellent a la carte restaurants, 7 in total, hard to seperate as the quality and service are superb, but you should definitely try the Peruvian, the Arun and the Teppanaki (those boys really put on a show), the staff in all the restaurants make your evening they just work so hard to ensure you have a good experience. The variety of the entertaiment at night is top class, whether that be at the Main Bar, the Champagne Lounge or down at he beach near the Arun. Take a Taxi into Rhodes, what a beautiful place, just ensure you double check Menu prices for food and drinks before you order as some restaurants can be extremely expensive dishing up large plates of food that you did not expect, so be careful, and keep in mind that Tuesday's and Friday's are the common days for the Cruise ships to dock and the placi is busting at the seams. “Excellent service and stay .”

Had a great 4 night stay, Booked a seaview room with a balcony. Food and drinks included with room was definately worth the price. Plenty of restaurants to chose from, but make sure you book them as soon as you check in. Huge pool or you can swim in ocean. Free parking was also a bonus. Only ... more

Plenty of restaurants to chose from, but make sure you book them as soon as you check in. Huge pool or you can swim in ocean. Free parking was also a bonus. Only issue we had was house-keeping not changing towels on a couple days.

Amazing hotel, so clean, the staff are very friendly and efficient. The buffet is a great range of choice. The Al a carte restaurants are delicious and so are the cocktails including decent beer.. The hotel is posh and informal at the same time.. Even had a very relaxing massage by Ria, which I would say is one of the best I have ever had.. We can not fault this place, it literally is perfect!! We would recommend anyone to come here, we certainly will be coming back that's for sure.. Thank you all so much for making our holiday just perfect!

“Very good AI hotel. Not 5* luxury.”

We stayed in room 717 just off the main reception on the ground floor. I was a little dubious about the room being ground floor yet it was actually very handy to nip back to during the day etc etc. The view overlooking the garden and sea was lovely. We stayed in room 717 just off the main reception on the ground floor. I was a little dubious about the room being ground floor yet it was actually very handy to nip back to during the day etc etc. The view overlooking the garden and sea was lovely. All in all we had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel is not a 5* by any stretch so do not expect it. However the hotel is up there with the best all inclusive we have stayed at. The choice of food is exceptional and the majority of the restaurants are fantastic. Our personal favourite restaurant was the Mediterranean as the service was fantastic, the air con was on and the food was fantastic. All the other restaurants were good on their own merits yet we did find issues with The Grill on our last night. It was like the chef had taken the night off and left the food under heat lamps ready for it to be served. We spent the majority of evenings by the Principle Bar where the drinks were okay. Sometimes great and sometimes okay. I think it depends which spirits they used. I’d highly recommend taking a trip to see George at the wine bar and asking for a Prisma wine and take this through to the main bar. The beach area is great yet you need to be there before 10am to have a chance of a decent sun lounger. Ideally before 9am as people save them. We sat next to a reserved sun lounger for SIX hours. This really does need to be managed by the hotel as it could be quite frustrating. Our stay was for two weeks and we would have thought the room was cleaned. It wasn’t. The beds were made by housekeeping when we left the card requesting the room was made up and the sheets were changed once. We had to take glasses/cups back ourselves and the floors wernt mopped during our stay nor was the balcony attended to. The shower gel/shampoo was not replenished meaning we had to buy more from the hotel shop. Whilst there are niggles you will enjoy your time here if you do not expect a five star hotel. It is a very good all inclusive resort. There are many positives to this hotel yet I believe people are not being objective when leaving reviews and leading people to believe it is a 5* luxury resort. As much as we enjoyed our stay I doubt we’d come back. The hotel is extremely family friendly and there are children in the main bar area all night. Once the kids disco is finished downstairs be prepared for lots of children upstairs running around whilst you’re trying to relax and watch the entertainment. Also, we personally like more on our doorstep to walk out to. There aren’t any walks nearby or points of interest to wander to on an evening. My biggest gripe is the AC as when we stayed it was over thirty degrees and the hotel has either very poor AC or they’re economising and not using their system to cool the hotel enough. The outside restaurants need fans of some sorts as in the heat they were, at times, unbearable. Fans would be a quick and easy fix for outside.
