We stayed for 10 nights at the end of September/beginning October and had some reservations reading reviews but overall it was a nice hotel and we had a lovely holiday Rooms - were clean and functional, bathroom flooded each time we used it due to wet room drainage needing cleaning, but didn’t impact on us, just mopped the floor with the towels which were replaced daily Storage in bedroom was sparse, but having read this we came prepared with collapsible hanging storage shelf from Amazon which assisted Hotel was clean inside and staff were lovely and friendly, however I can see why they may appear grumpy at times due to the incredibly rude, obnoxious people who have no basic manners and never say please or thank you to them and they work very long hours Food - actually was quite good, we have done all inclusive many times and are prepared to have to eat out at night due to poor quality but we didn’t feel the need to do that here, food was tasty , ok could have been warmer at times, but overall no issues at all Bar - area much too small for seating at night which was disappointing and because you couldn’t sit out by the pool it limited options, so ended up sitting in the reception area which was too warm. All inclusive timing the same as many other hotels we’ve stayed at ending at 1030pm, drink quality was acceptable Pool - disappointed with the pool area and water quality as it was very cloudy and green around the edges and this obviously meant lack of cleaning and chlorine quality, so didn’t use it more than once , also kids pool was disgusting and just green around the sides . Whole area just lacked maintenance, but as it was end of season soon they probably didn’t want to invest too much. Reception - staff were great, very friendly and helpful Overall I would not rate this a 4* due to lack of facilities but it was a great base for visiting the old town and the island

“Great for a short stay”

Hotel is ideally situated for the walled city and marina, and only a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis . The staff are brilliant, very helpful and friendly. “True evaluation of hotel”

I am now staying here at this hotel. We are on the 5th floor sharing our room with loads of ants. They get in from outside and get everywhere, in the bed in your clothes etc. The food is average but I have suffered one bout of food poisoning since being here and also discovered quite a few others h… more

I am now staying here at this hotel. We are on the 5th floor sharing our room with loads of ants. They get in from outside and get everywhere, in the bed in your clothes etc. The food is average but I have suffered one bout of food poisoning since being here and also discovered quite a few others have suffered too. The all inclusive isn't good. You have to pay for bottles of water. The house alcoholic drinks aren't good . There about 30% proof on some. You have too pay for any drinks after 10.30 at night. The only good thing is your not far from old town which is lovely but watch out for prices as a lot of bar will rip you off on prices. The pool is the coldest I've ever been in and I've travelled a lot. The colour of it is not nice, you can hardly see the bottom and it's only shallow. The water probably hasn't been changed since the beginning of the season. The staff are good can't do enough for you, the room are clean apart from ants. Would I come again. NO SORRY.

My wife and i arrived at the hotel at 1 am. in the morning after being dropped off by the jet 2 coach. Checked in with the night shift receptionist, who told us our room wasn't ready, which was worrying, as youd think it would be ready, we was told not to unpack, and he put us in a double room, which wasn't exactly nice, or had nice decor. In the morning, we had to take our suitcases down in the small primitive lifts, lifts says 6 persons but realistically 3 at a push. So we had to go and put our luggage in the luggage room, and was told our room would be ready around 11am. So breakfast at 8, then out for a wander till around 11, then back to get our key for our new room, and back up the lift with our cases, then unpacked and get a fresh shower. We went for breakfast, which was basic, luke warm food. Went to get Coca-Cola from the bar, and was given cheap tasting cola, tasted horrible, and ended up leaving the drink. I ended up drinking pineapple diluted juice from the bar, not even fresh proper pineapple juice. We didn't know the rules, first day here after breakfast, it was hot, with being a all inclusive I went to the freezer, where they keep the ice cream, i wanted to get an ice cream to cool us down. Was told off by a staff member for getting ice cream at 10.30am. Your not allowed ice cream till 12.30 lunch time. You would think with being an all inclusive, you would think ice cream would be available, throughout the day at least, especially in this hot weather, 28 degrees plus. So not a good start to the holiday. The draft beer isn't great, i ended up buying Alfa at the bar 330ml for €4. In your room you only get 2 bottles of water and that's it for the duration, unlike turkey hotels who give you water everyday in your fridge, they also supply water bottles all throughout the day and night in fridges. So if you want water, proper juice like Coca-Cola, Fanta, Diet Cola, etc, you're better off to go to the shop up from the hotel and purchase it yourself. We ate sometimes at the hotel, were not picky, but the food is repetitive, and some things were nice to eat, and others not so much. The majority of the food is luke warm. 7pm on the dot it opens for dinner, food is out in display maybe 10 mins before eating, so its not hot when your allowed to sit down and eat. We ate out the majority of this holiday, which wasnt the plan, this is the last time we will be going all inclusive..if you can't get proper drinka, decent food, then what's the point. The room was okay. From the balcony, we could see the pool and the opposite building, which wasn't exactly a nice thing to look out at. Towels were changed every day, and the bed was changed and made every day unless you stated otherwise. The top bed cover was never changed the 2 weeks we were here. With being hot, it's easy to sleep on the top cover, and yet they never changed it. The bedroom floor was moped. But the bathroom and shower floor were never moped or brushed clean, and the sink area was never wiped down.. one splash of bleach in the toilet once, and that's been it. Coffee satchets in your room, we only got 4 a day, so that's 2 coffees each in your room a day. It's a shame as I am partial to a nice coffee. It's a shame as the hotel is in a good place, not far to walk to the old town, and rhodes town for shops and restaurants. I can say for us, this hotel is a letdown. The young woman who works behind the bar is wasted here, and also works helping out at the dinner area was lovely, and invited my wife and I to a national tourism day, at the Town Hall, where she was dancing that night. she was the only staff member, who took the time to speak to us and made us feel welcome at the hotel.
