The hotel and grounds are immaculate and so clean. The bar staff and the snack bar staff were absolutely brilliant, so friendly and accommodating. We had an Executive Sea View Room, was so lovely and the maid service was wonderful. For the time of year October is obviously less lively, however the entertainment guy Willy tried his absolute hardest to entertain everyone and each nationality. The sad and demoralising side was that was he was constantly asked to turn the music down, turn it off etc..despite a low volume? Also people just didn't participate. We love Greek food and being all inclusive was what we'd booked, however it was very much a same day every day and the food became very repetitive and boring. Also, the wine be it red, white or rose was the cheapest ever and honestly like vinegar. After challenging the bar staff to try the restaurant and normal wine, they fully agreed and it was dreadful. I will fully praise the bar staff for finding an alternative drinkable option ❤️ Secondly the only diet drink was Pepsi Max.... Everything else was full sugar, disappointing as if you struggle with sugar overload it's not great. The only other negative was the pools.. omg unbelievably freezing.. beyond cold. There was no chance of a swim to the infinity pool end 🥺 unfortunately. Had a back, neck and shoulder massage and full praise to the beauty therapist, was the best massage I have ever had.

“Nice stay, but could be better”

Arrived late on the 20th October, on all inclusive for 2 weeks. The friendly guy at reception showed us to our rooms. We stopped in the 4th Floor (444) with a lovely view of the sea and pool area. Arrived late on the 20th October, on all inclusive for 2 weeks. The friendly guy at reception showed us to our rooms. We stopped in the 4th Floor (444) with a lovely view of the sea and pool area. Rooms were really clean and were cleaned regularly and towels replaced. Shower pretty powerful and water hot. Pool area was lovely, really clean. Willy the entertainment guy played some music but wasn’t much choice of songs and played the same music most days. Drinks were OK, probably watered down but I expected that. Were plenty of sun beds at any time of day. Food at the pool bar was mostly the same every day, chips were a bit soggy. Hot and cold food available and ice cream. Food at restaurant was ok, bit bland and repetitive after a while but you won’t starve as there’s always food available and I never seen it run out. The pizzas were nice, freshly made in pizza oven. We ate out some days so my advice is to take enough money for that. The lobby bar was like a hospital waiting room, even decorated the same. The entertainment was non existent. Couldn’t bear staying in there for more than 10 mins, even played cards to make our own entertainment. There was music played but some of the guests kept turning it down which was pretty rude and out of order. Ilyios behind the bar was a lovely and friendly man. Overall, we had a nice relaxing stay and the staff are really nice and helpful. Would be nice if they could re design the bar area to attract more people.

Just had a short four night break at the Belair Beach Hotel in Rhodes. This is quite a large impressive looking hotel situated across a main road from the beach. We had an Executive Room, which was large, bright, well decorated and very clean. There weren’t a lot of frills and the double bed was actually two singles pushed together. The room was a great temperature and we didn’t need the air con at all. We arrived late at night and they had thoughtfully left some plated food and two bottles of water in the mini fridge. The main pool was big and has an infinity feature overlooking the road and beach. It isn’t heated and was very cold! There are plenty of sun beds and we never had a problem finding one, however I can imagine this not being so easy in high season. Overall the hotel is kept very clean and there is a small army of cleaners looking after it. The staff were amazing, particularly the chap in the main bar and Roberta at the pool bar. The food was a bit of a let down, very repetitive and it seemed like it was recycled between meals. The lunch menu at the pool bar, was soggy chips and recycled food from the night before, or some small rolls. The all inclusive drinks were fine and plentiful. Why however at this price point, is there nothing provided in the room? Also, water was not topped up. Also there is a surcharge for the room safe. We used the main bar, but found it very impersonal , and a bit stark. With Rhodes town a short taxi ride away, this hotel is well situated. It may be different in high season, but we just found it a little lacking (particularly at the price).

“Just ok”

Clean hotel. 3 star. Freezing pool. Busy smelly road. No crossing. No entertainment. Helpful reception. Foods good. Bus tickets bought from onsite supermarket. Bus stop outside hotel. Didn't spend much time at the hotel. Not relaxing or fun 😬
