“Wonderful family holiday”

Such an amazing hotel. We went at the end of October and the weather was still gorgeous and sunny. Pools cold as expected from non heated pools but still able to swim and have fun in them. Great selection of water slides for my kids aged 8, 6 and 4. Beach lovely and so nice to be so close to the hotel. The sea was lovely and warm, quite rocky but we managed fine without shoes. Didn’t use the kids club but could tell it was good if you want that. Entertainment was great every night for adults and kids alike. Kids enjoyed playing mini golf and the giant chess. Very impressed with the food, so tasty with lots of traditional Greek dishes. Wine was pretty awful (as expected) but cocktails and beers very nice. Kids so happy to be able to go and get ice creams and pizza throughout the day. Hotel staff so kind and they all did an amazing job at keeping everything so clean. Reception staff helped us to book a taxi into Lindos to visit the acropolis which is well worth a visit. All in all we had a brilliant time and would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and fun family holiday.

“Lovely half term stay!”

Just come back from a 10 day stay at this beautiful hotel! 3 different pools to lounge around, and a seperate pool for slides. The kids loved playing in the play park and wandering down to the beach. Just come back from a 10 day stay at this beautiful hotel! 3 different pools to lounge around, and a seperate pool for slides. The kids loved playing in the play park and wandering down to the beach. We expected it to be difficult getting sunbeds, but we managed every day to get them around 8am. The hotel was lovely, clean and well looked after. Our room was nearly perfect, only 2 downsides was the plug didn't fit in the bath so we used another family members bath across the hall so was all good. The beds were super comfy and spacious too. The other downside of the room would be that There were no plug sockets, we unplugged the lamp, and luckily from reading reviews we knew to take 2 extension leads. We had no issues with noise either, however due to it being the end of the tourist season, they had started doing work ripping out a bathroom in a room near my parents, so they were woken early in the mornings from the noise. So there were plenty of choices with food, however we did have some fussy kids with us who did struggle, could've done with chicken nuggets/pizza being a staple food. However they didn't go hungry, as there was pizza at the beach snack bar and plenty of chips. The staff in the restaurants were all friendly and helpful. After reading reviews we were worried about how busy the main restaurant could get. To be honest there was only really 1 night that it was chaotic. Far too many people trying to get food/needing tables and far too many kids left to wander freely touching the food, bumping into us. However this was more down to parents not supervising their children. My only other con would be that as we were there on the last days before it closed for the season, they did close the beach food restaurant on the Saturday so we had to go to the main restaurant for meals, which was a little annoying as we had being going to the beach restaurant for breakfast and lunch. We understood that they had less guests but there was no notice that it would be closed, we just showed up for breakfast and there was nothing there. The animation team were brilliant, kids loved the kids club and they were very welcoming! Would definitely go again here!

Some good points and a few bad at this massive all inclusive resort. The good bits are the pool areas and slides , excellent for the children. Kids loved the snack bars for pizza slices , gyros and ice creams. Food in the main restaurant is reasonable quality for this type of mass catering and loads of choice. Negatives for me are the constant waft of sewage, probably emanates from a local sewage works. The quality of drink's is poor All cocktails are made with very cheap alcohol and a variety of syrups Not good. The wine is shocking. The Italian al a carte restaurant is atrocious. Food quality and service in there is dire. There are some nice restaurants an easy walk from this hotel and there are lots of good places to eat in Pefkos. My top tip would be avoid this place stay local to Pefkos and use the local restaurants and bars You'll have a better experience and the ££ will probably work out the same.

The hotel was ok. I have been to a lot better 4stars. The place looks very grand when you enter the lobby and the hotel is huge. Great being on the beach too. The hotel was ok. I have been to a lot better 4stars. The place looks very grand when you enter the lobby and the hotel is huge. Great being on the beach too. I wasn’t happy that we were put in a room next door to rooms being renovated. Being woke up early to drilling and banging was not very relaxing and the glass bottle bins being emptied around 5am some mornings added to the frustration. The rooms are very dated with the same issue as everyone else with limited plug sockets. My feet were filthy the first night we got there after walking around the room so I assume it didn’t get mopped and swept very good. The corridor needed cleaning better too with building work going on because we had broken glass and debris outside of our door. We liked that we had cans of drinks stocked in the mini bar and fresh towels and beds daily. Also got to keep the room on being the last guests for the season which was nice. The indoor restaurant food was not great and i thought the restaurant looked scruffy. It is also not very well organised so felt more chaotic than it should have been. We preferred the outdoor restaurant that was shut the last two days being end of season so a little disappointed and not being told beforehand. The snack bars (pizza & gyros) definitely made up for the restaurant food. Drinks are ok but would have liked bottles of water to have been available on the all inclusive. We enjoyed the indoor bar and the women that worked that bar are lovely. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel and €2 to Lindos. Definitely worth a visit.
