My friends and I had a wonderful time at Lindos Imperial Resort & Spa. The hotel is immaculate, with great service and excellent staff. The best part of the holiday was at the spa. We shared the swedish massage package, some facials, and spa manicure treatments. Thanks to Vilma, Paula, Fotini, and Pema for making our days with their kindness and great service! Highly recommended, and we will visit again!

The hotel is amazing! The personnel of the hotel are always positive. The food at the main restaurant is good, but at the à la carte restaurant is amazing! The hotel is amazing! The personnel of the hotel are always positive. The food at the main restaurant is good, but at the à la carte restaurant is amazing! The slides are cool, but there is a slight thing, the water isn't 120cm deep like the information next to the entrance to them says, it's 60-70cm deep. The beach is nice, but it's not with sand, it's gravel, also there is a creek on the beach coming out of nowhere, and it's a cool place to build things from rocks like dams, towers, ect. But some people don't respect the work that someone has put in and just destroy them, there are many pools but not deeper than 140cm, so no diving... The room is quite basic, and doesn't look like it is a five star hotel. Also, Resident Agnieszka is very helpful. I'll generally would recommend this hotel if you want to go to Rhodes, the Acropolis is just 20 minutes bus drive. (bus arrive there very often, if you want to get to Acropolis, choose the course that's going to Lindos and ride it to the end of the bus line, to return, ride the line that's going to Kiotari, and get off at the Bus station No. 70)

Pleasant/polite and friendly, needed prompting for refills in room. Plentiful choice in food, many pools to choose from. Sea nearby and different bars for food to choose from. La carte grill excellent and Chinese

“Several small issues combined to make our experience not so great”

We had high expectations for a 5-star resort. While each problem on its own might have been manageable, together they resulted in a poor overall experience. Our troubles began at arrival. We were told to wait outside for a golf cart to take us and our luggage to our room. The lack of organisation and assistance from hotel staff made this process chaotic. Despite being the first to arrive, several other families were taken before us. Initially, we didn’t mind since they had young children, but it became frustrating as more and more people were taken before us and we were stood outside in the heat after a long flight. Eventually, we decided to walk to our room, which seemed quicker. When we finally reached our room, we found the door open and the room filled with mosquitoes. I’ve attached a photo of the mosquitoes outside our room to illustrate the problem. We spent about 30 minutes trying to get rid of them. Exhausted and thirsty, we discovered there were no bottles of water in our room, despite being told by reception that there would be six. Our room phone wasn’t working, so we had to walk back to reception to request water and assistance. We also asked for food, because by this point we were starving. We were told the beach bar would be open until 5:30. We got there just before 5, only to be told it was closed. One of the waiters kindly found us some leftover chips as he saw how hungry we were. The room was basic but nice enough. The food was decent if you could get a booking at the a la carte restaurants, which filled up quickly. The activity pool was enjoyable, and the staff there were very friendly. If not for all these problems, our stay could have been good.
