From the moment we got there we felt welcomed. All the staff couldnt do enough for you when asked about anything you needed. Always on hand to help with a smile. Food excellent with great choices that varied daily. If you found something had run out it was replaced straight away. Manager was really friendly and we had a few long chats. Rooms were cleaned and towels replaced daily(sometimes the towels were arranged in different shapes, shells, boats etc, which was a nice touch). Great location with private beach area, nice pool with stunning views. Would stay there again most definitely.

“Barman klement”

Best barman ever!! Regards Klement!! Really good food good views, close to the beach, everyday the ladies are cleaning the room, good drinks and really delicious food. Near to hotel we can walk to a ,,small city” with a lot of souvenirs, we recommend you this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel the last week in May 2024 as a family of 4 - 2x adults, 2x children and had a fantastic time! This is the first holiday we have been on, where we all agreed we would happily return to the same hotel. What we particularly liked was the relaxed feel, the grounds and gardens are so spacious and leading to the beachfront. The hotel was spotlessly clean in both the rooms and public areas. Towels are provided in the rooms and they also give you a card to pick up beach/pool towels and change a few times throughout the stay. It was great to not have to worry about reserving sunbeds by the pool, we could arrive late morning or afternoon and always find some just fine. We enjoyed the all inclusive food, they had some theme nights so was nice to have variety. A great choice of hot food, salad bar, and desserts as well as fresh cooking on the grill each night with fresh pizzas, pastas, meat and fish. The all inclusive drinks in the main bar area were great and included a selection of nice cocktails. The same menu was available at the snack bar however the cocktails and spirit/mixers were not in proportion in the smaller cups and did not taste great/were far too strong. Staff were mostly polite and friendly from the reception staff, cleaners and bar staff, the only exception is the older lady who serves the snack bar food. She was extremely rude with every interaction we had and seemed disgruntled every time we ordered food, especially if asking for no sauces on the burger/hotdogs. To the point we all dreaded and avoided ordering food at the snack bar. My teenage daughter came away from there in tears one day. It’s a real shame as this is literally the only negative point we experienced at the hotel. There is a bus stop outside the front of the hotel; we got a bus to Old Town for 4 Euros each, easy to use and the bus was not too busy. The hotel reception staff gave us a print out of the timetable. There is a nice shop on the hotel site where we purchased snacks, drinks and gifts, the pricing was pretty reasonable and friendly staff. Watersports available on the beach. To summarise we had a wonderful relaxing week at this hotel and would most definitely return.
