Just got back from 10 day break, my husband, myself and daughter (19) and we’ve rebooked next year for the Atlantica holiday village because going with grandchildren. What an amazing hotel!!!! Couldn’t fault a single thing! Food incredible, staff amazing, hotel itself the grounds immaculate! We had a couples massage and worth every single euro!!! We hired the private sunbeds on the beach and enjoyed them so much went back another 4 times!! (Felt like we was on our own private beach)!! Waiter service, fruit platters all there for us! We stayed in a duplex and was plenty big enough! Took a bus trip into rhodes and lindos absolutely stunning and so easy to get to! This was our third time at this hotel and we’ve travelled to many other countries and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!!! Many thanks

Just came back from spending a week at this hotel and it was amazing. From the very start we were impressed, we were in a swim up suite which was clean, spacious and were lucky enough to see the sea through the divide of rooms in front of us. We were all inclusive and the food choices were also great, the snack bar is perfect to just grab something before heading back to the room and sitting out watching the view. Our favourite theme night was the Asian night which had the best chow mien which is made fresh in front of you, duck and all the little extras. There was always something and never had an issue with choice. We didn’t ever have an issue finding a sun bed around the main pool as there is plenty, loads of shaded areas as well. Staff all around the hotel were so welcoming and would greet you every time they saw you; even the cleaners when you would walk past them of a morning. I did like that they have refillable soap, shower gel and shampoo in the rooms and then provide a smaller conditioner and body lotion. Everything just seemed a great touch. Mini bar is re stocked every day (only for all inc) with cans of soda, beer and even a bottle of wine on arrival. You get bottles of water as well in the room and there is refill stations by the pool bar for you to fill up the bottles with fresh cold water. Entertainment was good, and we could also hear it from our balcony area so if we wanted to sit by our pool with a drink listening we could, but didn’t disrupt us inside the room as they seem to block out a lot of the noise. In the evening it is table service which can be a bit slower when it is at the busier times so we just double ordered drinks which they had no issue with. I have seen reviews of the drinks seeming watered down but I didn’t find that at all as I tried a range of different cocktails and they seemed fine. We were so impressed with this hotel and could not recommend it enough to anyone, we are already looking at returning.

We arrived at the hotel about 10pm on Wednesday 5th June. As we entered the hotel we were greeted by staff, given a fresh cool face towel to freshen up and offered a glass of Prosecco or orange juice. The check in process was quick and the concierge took us to our room and he took our bags. He gave us some info on the room air con safe etc and explained there were some fresh rolls in the fridge and some fruit as we had missed dinner. The hotel had also kindly left us a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates and fruit because we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Our room was a premium double with sea view and it was just stunning! The air conditioning was absolutely fabulous and as we had arrived and Greece was experiencing a heat wave that week I can tell you great air conditioning was a must! The staff at this hotel are incredible! They deserve to be commended for their friendliness and the way in which they do their jobs. The hotel is absolutely spotless throughout and has just the most perfect relaxing ambience. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool with parasols and also a great grass area with trees which provided much needed shade in the 38 degree heat. There are some cabana beds and day beds around the pool which are available at an extra cost should you wish to use them but we found the normal sun beds really comfy. The hotel also has nice loungers at the beach which you can use if you wish. The choice and quality of food at the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great and seeing the staff prepare some dishes fresh as you waited was great. As all inclusive guests we had a choice of booking one A la carte restaurant during our weeks stay and we chose Mylos the Greek restaurant, it was astounding, so much so I’ve written a separate review for it! We also enjoyed the street food snack bar in the afternoons were you can grab something and either eat at your lounger or the outside seating area. The staff at the pool bar are great, special mention to Tsampika, who after serving me a couple of times remembered my room number each time! You could tell she was happy in her job, in fact I’d say that about all the staff. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel and we took a trip to Rhodes one evening to explore the old town. It was only 16 euros for the return trip. The same for the trip to Lindos to the Acropolis. Make sure you go to the Acropolis early in the morning to avoid long queues and the scorching heat. It’s definitely not suitable for those with mobility issues. If you have been looking at this hotel just book it! Honestly a faultless hotel! Very deserving of the 5 Star rating. We will definitely be back!

“Beautiful but…..”

Lovely hotel. We are still here. An amazing selection of food. The only thing that lets it down is the lack of bar staff in the evening. You have to sit to be served and the last two evenings we waited over half an hour for one drink. We are all inclusive and feel that we cannot get that service... more

One barman and one waitress for an evening is ridiculous. The beach is ok but it’s a long walk to the bar and toilet. Hotel is well maintained
