We stayed for our wedding anniversary and always holiday at this time of year. We arrived at midnight after a disastrous start caused by BA and arrived 24 hours later than scheduled. Upon arrival we were greeted by a gent that clearly either had a bad day or night and was not the most welcoming. Nohow are you, how was the flight just straight into ‘you have to pay €70 for city tax. We had room 332 over the top of reception 3 floors up and behind the 2 lift shafts. When we opened the patio door expecting to see a garden view we were greeted by waste land over a road facing east. We were very tired and started to see so many negatives because of traveling for nearly 36 hours via Gatwick, Heathrow, Athens then Rhodes. The hotel left sandwiches and cakes for us because we had missed dinner, a nice thought. We unpacked and went to bed. Bedroom - In the morning we opened the curtain and ‘WOW’ what a view, yes it was trees and houses but looking out to see also with great views up the coast as far as Rhodes city its self, brilliant. We were also faced east, so sun first thing then shade from midday onwards. With temperatures between 30c and higher it was lovely to keep the room cool, so no complaints there. The road beneath us was a dead end so was not noisy at all. The room its self was good, not 5 star but very comfy but basic. The bed was huge and comfy and prob king or bigger, the sofa doubled up as a pull out bed. The bathroom a shower and loo behind a glass door but a sink in the wardrobe area was odd I thought. Anyone either washing or brushing teeth has to move out the way to get access to the wardrobe or safe. The light is quite poor in this area and seeing into the safe impossible. Reception and restaurant - the hotel inside is beautiful, light and airy. Reception in also the same and leads into the main restaurant. You are met by beautiful and smiling staff and are led to your table. No fighting for tables or queuing. The area is immaculate, clean and plenty of room. Good service also once you caught their eye. All the staff are very friendly and always smiling and nothing is too much for them. They help make your stay a really nice and enjoyable one. One thing we found, we learnt a few words of Greek like hello, thankyou, please, ect and that makes a lot of difference and they smile back more. The food is amazing but my only criticism would be if your staying more than seven days it becomes a bit ‘same old food’. However as this is an adults only hotel the food is kept in good order and clean. Lunch menu is identical to evening with a few very minor changes. Gardens and Pool area - immaculate and clean everywhere with drinks served in plastic cups in those areas including evening and night time. The thatched parasols appeared to have been replaced recently and still bare dirt areas around them which made it a bit messy with wet feet. It also served as a litter tray for the hotel cats which we observed a few times, only to see guests walking through it. We found the smaller quiet pool at the back of the restaurant and stayed there on this most days but it got very busy towards the end of our stay as there are only 14 very comfortable sun beds but the pool area was immaculate. Only one loo for guests back under the hotel 150metres or so Beach - clean but very stony so take swimming shoes. Plenty of room for guests but a small walk back to the loo Ala-cart and evening entertainment- the entertainment was very good and very professional no Karaoke style, very good. We used the Greek ale-cart for our wedding anniversary. I told the hotel it was our wedding anniversary when we booked the meal but no attention or decoration was made on our table unlike the past anniversary in other hotels where we have been made to feel very special. The experience was very nice and the food amazing but the wine was very expensive charging us €44 for a €15 bottle of wine, this being a cheaper choice. The music playing during the meal was to be drowned out by the evening entertainment as we chose a 20.30 sitting. Local alcohol - well it was ok😂 the beer was awful but the local wine was ok. The mixers were also ok. We chose to walk down to Phillips bar about 100 metres from the hotel for proper beer, and mixers and at a very reasonable price. We also chose two days out one to Rhodes and the historic town and the other a bus ride to Lindos. Both very very hot days but both very enjoyable. We chose to not have one of the swim up rooms because of some of the things we had read plus they were very expensive. That was our choice though. But when we walked around the grounds we noticed that many of them had no view and some of the rooms just looked out to a wall so our room was brilliant for views. In finishing the hotel is a 5 star quality with a few minor things that we noticed. They have staff that make it feel 5 star especially in the restaurant, reception and bars. Our stay was gorgeous and we have no complaints at all just a few observations. Thankyou for helping to make our stay especially my wife’s first experience of Greece and my returning after 30 years Note - City tax €10 per day which you have to pay on arrival €18 per hour if you wish to keep your room on which we did as we were late pick up, maybe more if bigger room or swim up room. You will not be disappointed in this hotel it’s lovely just a bit remote ❤️❤️

“Amazing”

The hotel has everything you need and is brilliant for a relaxing holiday. The food has a great selection for all inclusive although sometimes repetitive, your taste buds will always be tingling. The hotel has everything you need and is brilliant for a relaxing holiday. The food has a great selection for all inclusive although sometimes repetitive, your taste buds will always be tingling. As gluten free it is easy to distinguish allergens and I have not reacted yet. There are many magnificent sites to look at over Rhodes, we recommend renting a car which are 40 euros for fully comp insurance. We did two days which was enough and then spent four days at the sun loungers. A very good holiday

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. Are room was on the 3rd floor with a great views overlooking the pool and the bay. The hotel was spotless and all the staff are genuinely welcoming and friendly. Food was very nice plenty of choice. We had lunch at the pool bar most days rather than the restaurant. No problem getting a lounger but it did get busy and very hot in the pool area so we opted for the sea breeze on the beach! Take some beach shoes. Only negative was the pre made cocktails were poor. Would we recommend this hotel to friends? would we stay here again?. Yes

We stayed here for 6 nights in June. We upgraded to a swim up suite which gave us dine around access for all of the a la carte restaurants. First of all I have to say the service was excellent, each and every staff member we encountered delivered excellent customer service. The food - Milonges - great menu with large range of options. We had lunch here most days. Alazonia- breakfast was great but portions were huge so we quickly learnt to customise our order. Dinner was good but sometimes the sauces were very sweet. Top tip ask for the sauce on the side. Muza Htista - great food, good range of starters but limited main course options. Vis a vis - good food but just so busy and noisy. We only ate here once. Bars - often a large queue for drinks at the bar by the pool but there was the option to have drinks delivered to your lounger. Service at lobby bar was always great. Pool - quiet pool was a lovely place to relax but limited seating and loungers were reserved early. Large pool area was busy but we were always able to get a lounger whatever time of day we arrived. Evening entertainment was ok but finished early and all inclusive bar closes at 11.30pm. Rhodes Town is lovely and worth a visit. The old town is beautiful with lots to see. Taxis available from hotel or there is a taxi stop a short walk from the entrance. We were told the bus service was good but we didn’t use it. All in all a good holiday. We would return
