“Great for weekend and your longer vacations”

Amazing infrastructure for family stay, both over weekend and your longer vacations. Free parking allows for easy car rental which is critical for Rhodes exploration. Own private beach, evening shows and very friendly staff are other arguments to consider this place.

Visited The Sheraton Rhodes as part of a Voyage Prive. Can only praise the hotel The hotel itself was spotless as were the pools and rooms. Food at breakfast and dinner was excellent and varied. Visited The Sheraton Rhodes as part of a Voyage Prive. Can only praise the hotel The hotel itself was spotless as were the pools and rooms. Food at breakfast and dinner was excellent and varied. A big thanks to Zoe and Lisa who looked after us. One of the few places where sun beds were plentiful Good gym Ten minutes ride by taxi to Rhodes town which is a must All in all couldn’t fault the hotel and would fully recommend going there preferably outside school terms when no doubt gets a lot busier

Our third visit to this resort and our expectations were exceeded again. The welcome at check in was lovely and very informative and we knew we were going to be well looked after. As Marriott Bonvoy Elite members we really appreciated the efforts made to make our stay special. Loved the special breakfast area for us that enabled us to skip the breakfast queues and the staff were delightful. In fact all the staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and it was clear that the hotel is very well run. Many of the staff we saw were here three years ago (some even recognised us which was a lovely surprise) and that is always a good sign of a well run hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day and ate there for dinner one evening which was also fine though very busy. The pool area was large and pleasant but we preferred the beach area which was quieter and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. Walked along the coastal walk each evening to the Old Town which was fabulous and although a long walk a real treat.

Really enjoyable stay. Room was great, lovely balcony overlooking the sea. There was conflicting noises either side from the evening entertainment in the hotel and from the hotel next door but this didn’t bother us when sat on the balcony. Really enjoyable stay. Room was great, lovely balcony overlooking the sea. There was conflicting noises either side from the evening entertainment in the hotel and from the hotel next door but this didn’t bother us when sat on the balcony. We ate at the hotel on two evenings during our 9 night stay. Once was in the bar which was lovely. The second time was in a themed restaurant. Food was overpriced and very salty. In addition, we sat outside and all we could hear was the children’s entertainment music from the hotel next door. This obviously isn’t the Sheraton’s fault so we didn’t complain however it really wasn’t enjoyable. We used the spa on a few occasions which was amazing. We also booked and used the tennis court which was a lot of fun though the balls were very worn. Breakfast was really great. A really good selection with fresh fruit. The biggest gripe was the bus service to the old town - don’t even bother. The buses are full so don’t stop. Also, whilst it advertises no ticket ie tap on and off with your card, we were told we needed to buy tickets from a supermarket which we did. A waste of money as we couldn’t use them due to the buses being full. The hotel will book you a taxi but you wait outside and don’t expect it to arrive quickly (at least half an hour if you are lucky). Taxi drivers try and overcharge as well. There are prices in taxi stations in old town but they quote higher than that so you need to challenge the price. The hotel really should offer a shuttle service,I am sure people would pay and it could be profitable. Overall a great stay.
