I totally love this hotel. My family and I come here every year since there is no better one on the whole island. The food is awesome and the entire resort as well as every offer contribute to the best holiday experience possible. Also, the hotel- and restaurant service is the best, greetings to Evangelos who made sure we had great entertaining every day ;) thankyou!!! Coming back next year!

We stayed here for 7 days and what a amazing hotel . Fantastic location. We have had an awesome time and have NO complaints about any thing . On arrival we where given a lovely room and a bottle of water and sandwiches in the fridge Room was comfortable and air con was great . Food was awesome and no complaints with anything whatsoever a wide variety of food and no complaints whatsoever All staff from cleaners to reception ,restaurant staff all dressed immaculately. Bar staff great and very helpful A special mention for KATERINA as she helped me organise flowers for my wife’s birthday,roses and fruit and amazing swans on the bed made from towels . I would 100% recommend this hotel and anyone who rates this lower than 5 stars should get there eyes tested No issues from pool area and the whole hotel was an absolute pleasure to be in kept immaculate no rubbish and very clean We where unfortunate to have our flight cancelled and a quick phone call from the airport back to the hotel was quickly arranged with another nights stay (fantastic ) You should be very proud of yourself and the staff that work here . Me and my partner have had the best holiday! We had a Mountain View room and it’s honestly not as bad as people make it out to be , it’s modern and very clean. The pool area is very big and plenty of sun loungers to choose from which your provided towels for too. (Try to get a sunbed by 10am for a guaranteed spot). We found the food really nice too as there was plenty of choice and even things for picky eaters too. We also recommend when booking your al a cartes, to book the Mexican and Italian. The beach isn’t what it looks like on the pictures but it is still a nice beach with plenty of sun lounger to choose from and across the road from the hotel. There is around 10 restaurants to eat from around 5 minute walk from hotel and I would strongly recommend FBI as they have the most wonderful staff and is brilliant to watch sport.

Just arrived back from a 7 night stay with my husband and 2 year old. This hotel was brilliant, we had such a great time! Reading other reviews, I honestly can’t understand why people are complaining about the staff being rude? We never encountered anyone rude. Every staff member we spoke to were very friendly and polite. They all went out of their way to make our holiday great. Would agree with others and say you need to be down around 9:30am to get a good spot by the pool. There are 3 good size pools, all were very warm and we never felt cold in them. There was a very small shallow pool for children which could definitely be made better! If they invested in some sort of splash zone or kids water slides, it would make the hotel! The staff at the pool bar are very friendly. Hotel was clean and modern, the reception area is lovely. We had a Mountain View larger room and was honestly fine for our needs (we don’t spend much time in the room at all). It was quite dark though with not very much natural light and the room itself a little tired. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I don’t believe the hotel is 5 star. We have stayed in many 5 stars and this wasn’t quite there but we still had an awesome time. There could have been better entertainment, like an amphitheatre with shows on or something. It was lacking this to be honest. There was live music on every night on the rooftop bar but it was often aimed at adults. The kids mini disco wasn’t great either, located outside on the tennis court in 30 degrees heat wasn’t ideal, hence it being quiet all week. The food was lovely though and always found lots to choose from. We enjoyed the themed evenings in the main buffet. Make sure you book the Mexican a la carte and Italian, both fabulous! We also ate at the Greek most days, it was sit down table service included in all inclusive. The giros were great! We weren’t overly impressed with the drinks, felt they were very watered down and you didn’t get any fancy glasses for the cocktails. Highly recommend going into Rhodes town of an evening! Lots to see! All in all we had a great time and would recommend the hotel to others. The grounds are beautifully kept too.
